Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di PTSI Jakarta dengan populasi karyawan sebanyak 589 orang. Sampel sejumlah 239 responden dipilih menggunakan rumus Slovin. Metode pengumpulan data melibatkan penggunaan kuisioner, dan analisis data dilakukan dengan SEM-PLS dan Regresi Moderating. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PTSI Jakarta. Di sisi lain, kompensasi memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PTSI Jakarta. Pengembangan karir tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PTSI Jakarta. Budaya organisasi tidak mampu memoderasi hubungan antara motivasi dan kinerja karyawan, tetapi memainkan peran moderating yang signifikan secara positif pada hubungan antara kompensasi dan kinerja karyawan PTSI Jakarta. Selain itu, budaya organisasi juga memoderasi secara negatif hubungan antara pengembangan karir dan kinerja karyawan PTSI Jakarta.Kata kunci: budaya organisasi, kompensasi, motivasi, pengembangan karir ABSTRACT This research was conducted at PTSI Jakarta with an employee population of 589 people. The sample of 239 respondents was selected using the Slovin formula. The data collection method involves the use of a questionnaire, and data analysis is carried out using SEM-PLS and Moderated Regression. The research results show that motivation has a significant negative effect on the performance of PTSI Jakarta employees. On the other hand, compensation has a significant positive effect on the performance of PTSI Jakarta employees. Career development does not have a significant effect on the performance of PTSI Jakarta employees. Organizational culture cannot moderate the relationship between employee motivation and performance, but has a significant positive moderating role in the relationship between compensation and employee performance at PTSI Jakarta. Furthermore, organizational culture has negatively moderated the relationship between career development and employee performance at PTSI Jakarta.Keywords: career development, compensation, motivation, organizational culture
