Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa dampak motivasi, kepemimpinan, dan iklim kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan dengan budaya kerja sebagai variabel yang memoderasi di perusahaan property developer. Studi dilakukan di perusahaan tersebut dengan melibatkan sampel sejumlah 100 individu, termasuk karyawan aktif dan mantan karyawan. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus persamaan dengan uji interaksi atau Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) pada populasi total 100 orang dengan margin error 5%. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, kuesioner, dan observasi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS dengan regresi linier berganda. Uji reliabilitas, uji validitas, uji statistik, dan uji asumsi klasik digunakan untuk mengevaluasi data. Variabel yang diteliti meliputi motivasi (X1), kepemimpinan (X2), iklim kerja (X3) terhadap loyalitas karyawan (Y), dengan variabel moderasi budaya kerja (X4). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi, kepemimpinan, dan iklim kerja memiliki dampak yang signifikan dan positif terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Selain itu, budaya kerja berperan sebagai mediator antara budaya kerja dan iklim kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Namun, budaya kerja tidak berperan sebagai mediator dan tidak memengaruhi hubungan antara motivasi dan kepemimpinan terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Kata kunci: budaya kerja, iklim kerja, kepemimpinan, loyalitas karyawan, motivasi ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the impact of motivation, leadership, and work climate on employee loyalty with organizational culture as a moderating variable in property developer companies. The study was conducted at the company involving a sample of 100 individuals, including both active and former employees. The sampling method used equation formulas with an interaction test or Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) on a total population of 100 people with a 5% margin of error. Data were collected through interviews, questionnaires, and observations. Data analysis was performed using the SPSS application with multiple linear regression. Reliability tests, validity tests, statistical tests, and classic assumption tests were used to evaluate the data. The variables examined include motivation (X1), leadership (X2), work climate (X3) on employee loyalty (Y), with organizational culture (X4) as the moderating variable. The research results show that motivation, leadership, and work climate have a significant and positive impact on employee loyalty. Additionally, organizational culture acts as a mediator between organizational culture and work climate on employee loyalty. However, organizational culture does not act as a mediator and does not affect the relationship between motivation and leadership on employee loyalty.
