Abstract

The research is proposed to the influence of leadership, organizational culture and work environment to job satisfaction to civil servants Disaster Agency Kerinci Regency. The population in this research were to civil servants Disaster Agency Kerinci Regency. The population in this research were  civil servants Disaster Agency Kerinci Regency size of 68 people . Furthermore, by using the formula Slovin, then elected a sample size of 58 servants Disaster Agency Kerinci Regency with sample tecnique is used namely Simple Random Sampling. The data which namely primer data and skunder data used in this research. For analyzing data by using multiple linear regression analysis and research hipothesis by using testing t with SPSS version 20 is used to analyze the data. The analyze result shows that the leadership, organizational culture and work environment to cause the positive and significant to job satisfaction.

Abstract

The title of this research is the effect of work experience, competence and work discipline on the work performance of employees at the sub-district office of Air Warm, Kerinci Regency. The problem studied in this study is the employee's work performance as seen from the indicators of work experience, competence and work discipline. This study uses a quantitative approach and uses primary data through the distribution of questionnaires to the employees of the Kerinci Air Warmer District Office. The population in this study were 30 respondents with a sampling technique using saturated sampling with Likert scale measurements. The data is processed through the SPSS version 20.0 program with technical multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that work experience, competence and discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee work performance at the Kerinci District Head Office. From the results of the t test proves that partially the variables of experience, competence and discipline have a significant effect on work performance. Then the results of the F test prove that work experience, competence and discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on work performance at the Kerinci District Head Office with the F-count value greater than the F-table. Based on the results of this analysis, it can be concluded that work experience, competence and work discipline have a significant influence either partially or simultaneously on the work performance of the employees of the Air Warm District Office of Kerinci Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) Is there an influence of Investment Opportunities on Dividend Policy at PT. United Taxors Tbk period 2012-2021. 2) Is there an effect of Liquidity on Dividend Policy at PT. United Taxors Tbk period 2012-2021. 3) Is there any influence Profitability on Dividend Policy at PT. United Taxors Tbk period 2012-2021. 4) Is there an influence of Investment Opportunity, Liquidity and Profitability on Dividend Policy at PT. United Taxors Tbk period 2012-2021. 5) How much influence does Investment Opportunity, Liquidity and Profitability have on Dividend Policy at PT. United Taxors Tbk period 2012-2021.This research was conducted at PT. United Tractors Tbk which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange as a source for obtaining financial data with the website www.idn.financial.co.id. The analytical tool used is multiple linear analysis using SPSS version 20. Based on the results of the study, it shows that: 1) There is no significant influence between Investment Opportunities on Dividend Policy at PT. United Taxors Tbk period 2012-2021. 2) There is no significant influence between Liquidity on Dividend Policy at PT. United Taxors Tbk period 2012-2021. 3) There is no significant influence between Profitability on Dividend Policy at PT. United Taxors Tbk period 2012-2021. 4) There is no significant influence between Investment Opportunities, Liquidity and Profitability on Dividend Policy at PT. United Taxors Tbk period 2012-2021. 5) The magnitude of the influence of Investment Opportunities, Liquidity and profitability on Dividend Policy is 40.2% while the remaining 59.8%
