Abstract

This research aims to determine Islamic law in online food delivery service transactions on GoFood delivery services and to assess the effectiveness of contracts in GoFood delivery service transactions. (1) Observation, interviews, and documentation are all used in this research as quantitative data collection methods. In the GoFood delivery service, 8 informants in total participated in this research consisting of 3 merchants, 2 drivers and 3 consumers. used random sampling and sampling approaches to identify informants. Based on the research findings, (1) the practice of using contracts in delivery service transactions using Islamic contracts by identifying the relationship between the parties who carry out relationships and transactions in the GoFood delivery service, apart from that it also sharpens the views of contemporary jurisprudence scholars who are pro and Contradictions regarding transactions on the GoFood delivery service, (2) Looking at the Islamic legal perspective on this delivery service transaction by looking at the arguments and views of experts to be able to determine whether or not GoFood delivery service transactions are permissible.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa praktik penukaran sampah dengan layanan kesehatan pada Rumah Sehat Salam Aid dalam perspektif fikih muamalah. Metode penilitian kualitatif menggunakan metode field research dengan melakukan perbandingan antara implementasi lapangan dan kesesuaian dalam syari’ah. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Praktik Tranaskasi Layanan Kesehatan dengan sistem Pembayaran Sampah di Rumah Sehat Salam Aid Kota Bogor tersebut menukarkan sampah daur ulang dengan layanan kesehatan. Ditinjau pada perspektif fikih muamalah, transaksi layanan kesehatan dengan sistem pembayaran sampah daur ulang yang dilakukan oleh Rumah Sehat Salam Aid apabila didasari kerelaan, suka sama suka, rela antara pihak salam aid dan pasien maka tidak ada masalah, hal ini diperbolehkan.This thesis discusses the Practice of Health Service Transactions with the Garbage Payment System at Salam Aid Healthy Homes, Bogor City: A Muamalah Fiqh Perspective. This study aims to analyze the practice of exchanging waste with health services at Salam Aid Healthy Homes from the perspective of muamalah fiqh. The results of this study indicate that the Practice of Transacting Health Services with the Garbage Payment system at Rumah Sehat Salam Aid, Bogor City, exchanges recycled waste for health services. Judging from the perspective of muamalah fiqh, health service transactions with the recycling waste payment system carried out by Rumah Sehat Salam Aid if it is based on willingness, like and like, willing between the parties of salam aid and the patient then there is no problem, this is permissible.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the compliance of the production and distribution processes at CV. Halt Corpora with the regulations stipulated in Law Number 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Assurance. The research method employed is field research, focusing on the owner and Production Chairperson of CV. Halt Corpora as the research subjects. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and subsequently analyzed descriptively. The results indicate that the production and distribution processes at CV. Halt Corpora adhere to the principles of Islamic Economic Law and Law Number 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Assurance. However, attention should be given to aspects such as justice, honesty, and transparency in transactions, as well as maintaining public trust. The presence of the MUI Halal Certificate signifies compliance with halal principles, but special attention is needed regarding the extension and renewal of the certificate to preserve and enhance consumer confidence in the produced products.
