<![CDATA[ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pengelolaan Piutang Karyawan Terhadap Efektivitas Arus Kas Pada RSU Sawit Indah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara duavariabel atau lebih. Populasi penelitian ini adalah piutang pegawai dan laporan arus kas pada RSU Sawit Indah selama 12 bulan dikali 3 tahu nyaitu 2018-2020 sehingga didapat populasi sebanyak 36 bulan.Sample penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh populasi yaitu sebanyak 36 bulan.. Teknikan alisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana. Uji kesesuaian dengan menggunakan uji t dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh secara parsial antara variabel independen dengan variabel dependen dengan asumsi bahwa variabel lain dianggap konstan. Berdasarkan hasi lpengujian secaraparsial pengaruh Pengelolaan Piutang (X) Terhadap Arus Kas (Y) diperoleh nilaithitung sebesar3.097, nilaittabel1.690 dan mempunyai angka signifikan sebesar 0,035 < 0,05. Berdasarkan kriteria pengambilan keputusan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa H1ditolak, artinya ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Pengelolaan Piutang (X) terhadap Arus Kas (Y). Berdasarkan hasil uji koefisien determinasi di atas diketahui nilai R square (R2) atau kuadrat R menunjukkan koefisien determinan adalah sebesar 0,634 artinya persentase sumbangkan Pengelolaan Piutang (X) berpengaruh terhadap Arus Kas (Y) sebesar 63.4%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 36.6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti oleh penelitian ini. Hal ini berarti pengaruh antara Pengelolaan Piutang (X) terhadap Arus Kas (Y) adalah kuat. ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of employee receivable management on the effectiveness of cash flow at Sawit Indah General Hospital. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach, aiming to determine the relationship between two or more variables. The population of this research is employee receivables and cash flow reports at RSU Sawit Indah for 12 months multiplied by 3 years, namely 2018-2020 so that a population of 36 months is obtained. The sample of this study used the entire population as many as 36 months. The analysis technique used was simple linear regression analysis. The suitability test using the t test was conducted to partially test the effect between the independent variable and the dependent variable with the assumption that other variables are considered constant. Based on the partial test results, the effect of Receivable Management (X) on Cash Flow (Y) obtained tcount value of 3,097, ttable value of 1,690 and has a significant number of 0.035 <0.05. Based on the decision-making criteria, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between Receivable Management (X) on Cash Flow (Y). Based on the results of the coefficient of determination test above, it is known that the value of R square (R2) or the square of R shows the determinant coefficient is 0.634, meaning that the percentage contributed by Accounts Receivable Management (X) affects Cash Flow (Y) by 63.4%, while the remaining 36.6% is influenced by variables others not examined by this study.
