Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformational melalui kualitas karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan di RSUD dr. La Palaloi Kabupaten Maros. Penelitian merupakan penelitian deskriptif korelasi menggunakan pengumpulan dengan desain penelitian Cross Sectional jenis penelitian menekankan pengukuran Observasi Variabel. Penelitian dilaksanakan di RSUD dr. La Palaloi Kabupaten Maros pada tanggal 22 Maret s/d 22 April 2024. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua tenaga administrasi yang bertugas di RSUD dr. La Palaloi Kabupaten Maros sebanyak 115 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian adalah sebagian tenaga administrasi bertugas di sebanyak 53 orang dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel secara Purposive Sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional kharisma kualitas berpengaruh terhadap kualitas karyawan (p=0,003), kharisma kualitas berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan (p=0,016), motivasi inspiratif berpengaruh terhadap kualitas karyawan (p=0,001), motivasi inspiratif berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan (p=0,006), stimulasi intelektual berpengaruh terhadap kualitas karyawan (p=0,043), stimulasi intelektual berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan (p=0,003), perhatian individual berpengaruh terhadap kualitas karyawan (p=0,002), perhatian individual berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan (p=0,008), kualitas karyawan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan (p=0,010), kharisma berpengaruh terhadap kualitas karyawan (p=0,009) melalui kinerja karyawan, motivasi inspiratif berpengaruh terhadap kualitas karyawan (p=0,016) melalui kinerja karyawan, stimulasi intelektual berpengaruh terhadap kualitas karyawan (p=0,023) melalui kinerja karyawan, perhatian individual berpengaruh terhadap kualitas karyawan (p=0,017) melalui kinerja karyawan. Disarankan pihak rumah sakit mampu memperhatikan sikap dan perilaku karyawannya dalam bekerja, seperti perilaku dalam disiplin waktu saat bekerja serta sikap dan perilaku tanggung jawab karyawan dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan, maka akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Abstract This research aimed to analyze the influence of transformational leadership through employee quality on employee performance at RSUD dr. La Palaloi, Maros Regency. The descriptive correlational research uses collection with a Cross-Sectional research design. This type of research emphasizes the measurement of Observational Variables. The research was carried out at RSUD dr. La Palaloi, Maros Regency from March 22 to April 22 2024. The population in this study were all administrative staff who served at RSUD dr. La Palaloi, Maros Regency, is 115 people. The sample in the research consisted of 53 administrative staff on duty using a purposive sampling technique. The results of the research show that quality charisma transformational leadership influences employee quality (p=0.003), quality charisma influences employee performance (p=0.016), inspirational motivation influences employee quality (p=0.001), inspirational motivation influences employee performance (p =0.006), intellectual stimulation influences employee quality (p=0.043), intellectual stimulation influences employee performance (p=0.003), individual attention influences employee quality (p=0.002), individual attention influences employee performance (p=0.008 ), employee quality influences employee performance (p=0.010), charisma influences employee quality (p=0.009) through employee performance, inspirational motivation influences employee quality (p=0.016) through employee performance, intellectual stimulation influences employee quality ( p=0.023) through employee performance, individual attention influences employee quality (p=0.017) through employee performance. It is recommended that the hospital be able to pay attention to the attitudes and behavior of its employees at work, such as behavior in time discipline while working as well as the attitude and behavior of employee responsibility in completing work, this will improve employee performance.
