Abstract

Abstract Latar Belakang: Patologi saluran kemih dan genital bertanggung jawab atas beban penyakit yang cukup besar di seluruh dunia, menyebabkan hilangnya produktivitas, peningkatan beban biaya kesehatan, dan penurunan kualitas hidup (QoL) pada individu terdampak. Tujuan: Menyajikan karakteristik pasien urologi selama tiga tahun terakhir untuk menentukan strategi komprehensif pengelolaan penyakit terkait. Metode: Penelitian retrospektif cross-sectional terhadap pasien di Poliklinik Urologi RSUD Undata, berdasarkan data rekam medis periode Januari 2021 hingga Desember 2023, data dikumpulkan dengan teknik total sampling. Hasil: Penelitian ini terdiri dari 5223 total pasien. Distribusi berdasarkan usia meliputi; 31,4% pada usia 61-70 tahun, 24,3% pada usia 51-60 tahun, 15,1% pada usia >70 tahun, 12,2% pada usia 41-50 tahun. Sebanyak 7,3% pada usia 31-40 tahun, 5,1% pada usia 21-30 tahun, dan masing-masing 2,2% pada usia <10 tahun dan 11-20 tahun. Distribusi berdasarkan jenis kelamin meliputi; 81,2% pasien laki-laki dan 18,8% pasien perempuan. Distribusi berdasarkan diagnosis meliputi; sebanyak 2988 subjek penelitian yaitu 57,2% dengan diagnosis hiperplasia prostat, 16,7% dengan diagnosis batu ginjal, dan 6,8% dengan diagnosis batu ureter. Kesimpulan: Pasien di Poliklinik Urologi RSUD Undata umumnya lanjut usia, terbanyak pada rentang usia 61-70 tahun, diikuti rentang usia 51-60 tahun, sebagian besar pasien laki-laki dan diagnosis terbanyak adalah hiperplasia prostat, batu ginjal, dan batu ureter. ABSTRACT Background: Urinary and genital tract pathologies are responsible for a substantial burden of disease worldwide, causing lost productivity, increased healthcare costs, and reduced quality of life (QoL) in affected individuals. Objective: To present the characteristics of urological patients over the last three years to determine a comprehensive strategy for managing related diseases. Method: Retrospective cross-sectional study of patients at the Urology Polyclinic at Undata Regional Hospital, based on medical record data from January 2021 to December 2023, data was collected using a total sampling technique. Results: This study consisted of 5223 total patients. Distribution based on age includes; 31.4% at age 61-70 years, 24.3% at age 51-60 years, 15.1% at age >70 years, 12.2% at age 41-50 years. As many as 7.3% at the age of 31-40 years, 5.1% at the age of 21-30 years, and 2.2% respectively at the age of <10 years and 11-20 years. Distribution based on gender includes; 81.2% of male patients and 18.8% of female patients. Distribution based on diagnosis includes; A total of 2988 research subjects, namely 57.2% with a diagnosis of prostatic hyperplasia, 16.7% with a diagnosis of kidney stones, and 6.8% with a diagnosis of ureteral stones. Conclusion: Patients at the Urology Polyclinic at Undata Regional Hospital are generally elderly, most in the age range 61-70 years, followed by the age range 51-60 years, most of the patients are male and the most common diagnoses are prostatic hyperplasia, kidney stones and ureteral stones.
