Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik di Homeschooling Anugrah Bangsa serta mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung, penghambat dan solusinya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa meskipun dengan keterbatasan waktu yang dimiliki implementasi Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila di homeschooling berhasil membentuk karakter peserta didik sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Profil Pelajar Pancasila melalui kegiatan integrated ecofarming dan karawitan. Adapun faktor pendukung meliputi program yang mendukung, tutor sebagai contoh, keterlibatan orang tua, peraturan homeschooling dan ketegasan tutor. Namun, ditemukan beberapa  kendala yang dihadapi meliputi kurangnya pelatihan tutor, siswa kurang motivasi, lambat belajar, keterbatasan waktu dan perbedaan kepribadian siswa. Untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut dilakukan mentoring dengan tutor yang berpengalaman, motivasi teman sebaya, pendampingan intensif oleh tutor dan orang tua, diintegrasikan melalui ekstrakulikuler dan metode belajar differensiasi. Melalui penelitian ini bisa memberikan wawasan mengenai penerapan Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila dengan konsep homeschooling.Kata Kunci: Profil Pelajar Pancasila, Pembentukan karakter,Homeschooling, Anugrah Bangsa, peserta didikABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project in shaping the character of students in Homeschooling Anugrah Bangsa and identify supporting factors, inhibitions and solutions. The research uses a qualitative approach. Data was collected through observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results of the study show that even with the limited time available, the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project in homeschooling has succeeded in shaping the character of students in accordance with the values of the Pancasila Student Profile through integrated ecofarming and karawitan activities. The supporting factors include supportive programs, tutors for example, parental involvement, homeschooling regulations and tutor firmness. However, it was found that some of the obstacles faced include lack of tutor training, students lack motivation, slow learning, time constraints and differences in students' personalities. To overcome these obstacles, mentoring with experienced tutors is carried out, peer motivation, intensive mentoring by tutors and parents, integrated through extracurricular and differentiated learning methods. Through this research, it can provide insight into the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project with the concept of homeschooling.Keywords: pancasila learner profile, character building, homeschooling, Anugrah Bangsa, students
