Abstract

ABSTRACT This research begins with learning outcomes which are influenced by two factors, namely internal factors and external factors. The low quality of physical education learning outcomes can be concluded from the low motor skills of students. The lower a person's motor skills, the lower the learning outcomes. This research is correlational research, namely research to determine the level of relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The sample used in this research was 32 student at SDN 50/VI Lubuk Mentilin, Jangkat district. The results of this research are that there is a relationship between students' motor skills and physical education learning outcomes at SDN 50/VI Lubuk Mentilin, Jangkat District. This is indicated by the research results obtained, namely tcount = 3.802 > ttable = 2.042, with a value of r = 0.570, r2 = 0.324, the contribution is 32.4%. Abstract

Badminton is a sport of small ball games played with rackets and shuttlecocks over a net into the opponent's area. The goal is to hit the shuttlecock so that it falls in the opponent's area and prevent the opponent from doing the same. This study uses a quantitative descriptive research type. The population in this study was 30 players. The sample in this study was 10 athletes with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. The instruments used in this study were tests and measurements to measure physical condition. Data analysis techniques were collected through conversion of physical condition tests and with percentages. The results of this study were obtained based on two components of physical condition after being converted, including: (1) strength in physical condition in wall squats of 9 is in the Very Good category, (2) endurance in physical condition v02max of 9.2 is in the Very Good category. Abstract

Physical education in elementary schools plays a crucial role in developing healthy lifestyle habits and improving children's physical fitness. The Senam Indonesia Hebat (Great Indonesian Gymnastics) program is a structured physical activity innovation that can be integrated into physical education (PJOK) learning to improve motor skills, physical activity, and reduce students' sedentary behavior. This study used a quasi-experimental design with two groups: an experimental group that participated in an eight-week gymnastics program and a control group that continued with conventional PJOK learning. The sample consisted of 60 fourth-sixth grade elementary school students. Data were collected through physical fitness tests, physical activity questionnaires, and observations of sedentary behavior, then analyzed using descriptive analysis and t-tests. The results showed a significant increase in the experimental group compared to the control group, both in muscle strength (24.7 ± 3.5 vs. 20.1 ± 3.2), endurance (17.6 ± 3.1 vs. 14.0 ± 2.8), agility (18.4 ± 2.9 vs. 15.2 ± 2.6), balance (14.9 ± 2.4 vs. 12.0 ± 2.1), duration of physical activity (78 ± 12 minutes/day vs. 55 ± 10 minutes/day), and reduction in sedentary behavior (145 ± 15 minutes/day vs. 195 ± 16 minutes/day). The results of this study prove that the integration of Senam Indonesia Hebat into PJOK learning is effective in improving physical fitness and can encourage physical activity in elementary school students.
