Abstract

This study aims to find out how bureauratic ehtics are in public services in South Sumedang District, Sumedang Regency, what factorss hinder them, and how to overcome these obstacles. This Study used a qualitative research meethod with a descriptive analysis type. Informants were determined using a purposive sampling technique. With informants from the District Secretary, Head of the public service section, and Public Service Staff. Data collections techniques were carried out using literature studies, field studies (observations, interviews, and documentation) and triangulation. After that, data processing uses data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion or verification. The result of the study concluded that bureauratic ehtics are in public services at the South Sumedang District office, Sumedang Regency, had been crried out properly. This can be seen from Responsibility that there is still a lack of employee responsibility especially in internsnof supervision of procedures and thoroughness in cheking files. There are several obstacles regarding bureauratic ehtics are in public services, namely employees who pay less attention to the principles of professeionalism such as employees who are less copable in conveying directions to people who do not understand public services without paying attention to flow and rules that aplly. While the effort are the competence of employees is encouraged by participating in regular training and ecncouraged by the imposition of strict sanctions and services to the community by means of direcrion and understanding which is ussualy done once every 3 months.Based on the result of this study, it is suggested that socializations should be held regarding standart service rules for the community and service flow on social media such as instragram. The need to increase the implementation of activities such as training, guidance and other activities in improving both technichal and non- technical abilities
