Law Number 20 of 2001 and the Government has even ratified several articles of the 2003 United Nations Convention Against Corruption (UNCAC) through Law Number 7 of 2006. However, to date it is still unable and effective to enforce it in eradicating corruption. The type of research applied is normative legal research with a normative juridical approach, namely research carried out based on library materials which are secondary data.
