Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh Pajak Daerah danRetribusi Daerah terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi di Kota Pariaman. Data penelitianyang digunakan yaitu data sekunder yang diperoleh dari BPKPD (BadanPerencanaan Keuangan Pembangunan Daerah) dan BPS (Badan Pusat Statistik)Kota Pariaman. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Kota Pariaman Tahun 2009-2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode purposivesampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan selama 9 tahun. Hasilpenelitian ini adalah Pajak Daerah secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadapPertumbuhan Ekonomi Kota Pariaman, dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,197 yangberarti lebih besar dari tingkat signifikansi 0,05. Retribusi Daerah secara parsialberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Kota Pariaman,dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,010 yang berarti lebih kecil dari nilai signifikansi0,05. Pajak Daerah dan Retribusi Daerah secara simultan berpengaruh positif dansignifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Kota Pariaman dengan nilai signifikansisebesar 0,004 yang berarti lebihkecil dari tingkat signifikansi 0,05. Dan hasil Koefisien determinasi R2 sebesar84,4% sedangkan sisanya 15,6% yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work placement on employee job satisfaction, the effect of workload on employee job satisfaction, the effect of work placement and work load on employee job satisfaction. This research is using quantitative data, data collected through a questionnaire and if using SPSS version 16, with a total sample of 36 people. The results of the study can be concluded,work placement affects employee Job Satisfaction at Agam Regency Political Unity Agency, Workload does not affect Employee Job Satisfaction in Agam Regency National Unity and Politics Agenc, simultaneous Work Placement and Workload affects Employee Job Satisfaction at Agam Regency Political Unity Agency, with R Square 750 or its influence 75% while 25% is influenced by other than the model under study. Suggestions in this study are,it is hoped that the Agam Regency National Unity and Politics Board will place employees according to their expertise and experience,it is hoped that the Agam Regency National Unity and Politics Board will provide workloads in accordance with standard work portions and modest work volume, it is hoped that the Agam Regency National Unity and Politics Board will pay attention to employee job satisfaction, the leaders are expected to pay attention or provide compensation / rewards to employees according to the work volume of their employees.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the Segmentation, Targeting, Positioningstrategies at PT.Telkom Indonesia,Tbk Witel west Sumatra. This type of research used in thisresearch is descriptive qualitative research. The research was conducted ad PT. TelkomIndonesia, Tbk Witel Sumatra by selecting 3 informants who were consideredrepresentatives of the group consisting of 1 key informant. Namely the CC employees and 2non-key informants, the data collection techniques used in this study were in-depthinterviews and observation. The results showed that a targeted marketing strategy woild beable to assist companies in delivering products to consumers according to their wants andneeds. One of which is by implementing a segmentation strategy, targeting, and positioning.
