Abstract

This study aims to describe the design of art learning in development of the creative imagination and social emotional of early childhood. The visual art learning process is visible in: 1) Learning design which includes: a) The purpose, that is to find out the whole childrens education and fulfill their needs. b) There are several types of visual art activities that can be given in early childhood such as drawing, painting, plagiarism, labeling, collage, sticking, splitting, folding, shaping, cutting, sewing, matching, arranging beads, batik painting. c) Methods used are methods of play and demonstration methods. d) Facilities and infrastructure sufficient. e) Evaluation used is evaluation of process, work, and portfolio. f) Social and cultural conditions strongly support. g) The supporting factor is that the media for visual art learning is easy to get, while the inhibiting factor is the unavailability of special space for art learning. 2) The development of childrens creative imagination develop according to expectations, it can be seen from the ideas and initiative of children as stated in their work. 3) The childrens social emotion develops as expected, the children are free to express their  feelings through various art media. Abstract

UPTD Puskesmas Harapan Raya Pekanbaru memilki jumlah remaja usia 15-24tahun tahun yang berkunjung dan tes HIV sebesar 292 orang, diberi konselingsebesar 200 orang, positif HIV 2 orang, dan diberi konseling setelah tes HIVsebesar 207 orang. Sedangkan data Infeksi Menular Seksual (IMS) pada remajausia 15-24 tahun yang berkunjung sebesar 92 orang dengan 4 orang sifilis dan 15orang gonore (GO). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor penyebabperilaku berisiko HIV/AIDS pada remaja. Tempat penelitian di empat SMA diwilayah kerja UPTD Puskesmas Harapan Raya Pekanbaru. Metode penelitian analytic cross-sectional dengan jumlah sampel 314 orang remaja. Analisa yangdigunakan yaitu univariat, bivariat (chi square), dan multivariat (regresi logisticganda). Hasil analisis multivariat variabel yang berhubungan dengan perilakuberisiko HIV AIDS yaitu jenis kelamin (OR: 28,838 CI: 95% 9,084-91,549) danlingkungan tempat tinggal (OR: 0,104 CI: 95% 0,026-0,418. Kesimpulan jeniskelamin berisiko 28 kali untuk berperilaku berisiko HIV-AIDS dan lingkungantempat tinggal berbanding terbalik 3 kali berisiko HIV/AIDS. Sarandirekomendasikan untuk UPTD Puskesmas dan sekolah mengaktifkan kembaliPKPR dan kegiatan remaja untuk meningkatkan kesehatan remaja.
