<![CDATA[Amandit Irrigation Area is one of the irrigation areas with an area of 5472 Ha located in the Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency. Although it is in the central authority, this irrigation area has several problems, especially the lack of personnel in the implementation of O&M. Therefore, it is necessary to calculate the needs of optimal personnel and also assess the irrigation performance index to maintain the condition and function of assets. The value of Irrigation System Performance Index (IKSI) for the Amandit Irrigation Area is 64.39% (Less Condition) with values in the physical infrastructure aspect are 29.05%, the planting productivity aspect are 10.96%, the O&M supporting facilities aspect are 7.58%, the personnel organization aspect are 8.54%, the documentation aspect are 2.70% and the P3A aspect are 5.56%. However, overall the condition of the assets in this Irrigation Area has a condition with a moderate value based on the results of average physical condition value of the assets, which is 76.72% and the average channel physical condition value is 74.48%. For the calculation of the Real Needs of Operation and Maintenance for the Amandit Irrigation Area including 5 recommended buildings that have a bad condition is Rp. 2,104,942,125.Daerah Irigasi Amandit adalah satu daerah irigasi dalam kewenangan pusat dengan luasan 5472 Ha yang berada di Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Selatan. Meskipun berada dalam kewenangan pusat, daerah irigasi ini memiliki beberapa permasalahan terutama kurangnya personil dalam pelaksanaan O&P. Oleh karena itu diperlukan perhitungan kebutuhan personil optimal dan juga penilaian indeks untuk kinerja irigasi untuk mempertahankan kondisi dan fungsi aset. Nilai Indeks Kinerja Sistem Irigasi (IKSI) untuk Daerah Irigasi Amandit adalah sebesar 64,39% (Kondisi Kurang) dengan nilai pada aspek prasarana fisik 29,05%, aspek produktivitas tanam 10,96%, aspek sarana penunjang O&P 7,58%, aspek organisasi personalia 8,54%, aspek dokumentasi 2,70% dan aspek P3A sebesar 5,56%. Tetapi secara keseluruhan kondisi aset yang ada pada Daerah Irigasi ini memiliki kondisi dengan nilai sedang berdasarkan hasil nilai kondisi fisik bangunan rata-rata yakni sebesar 76,72% dan nilai kondisi fisik saluran rata-rata yakni sebesar 74,48%. Untuk perhitungan AKNOP atau Angka Kebutuhan Nyata untuk Operasi dan Pemeliharaan untuk Daerah Irigasi Amandit termasuk dengan 5 bangunan rekomendasi yang memiliki nilai jelek ialah sebesar Rp. 2.104.942.125.]]>
