Abstract

In Islam, welfare is not only measured by the fulfillment of material needs, but also the fulfillment of spiritual needs. Judging from the facts, the efforts that have been made by the company are expected to make the performance of Sakinah Supermarket employees better in the future. Therefore, researchers are interested in examining how the influence of education, competence, discipline, and employee welfare on the performance of Sakinah Supermarket employees. using quantitative research to test certain theories by examining the relationship between variables. The population of employees at Sakinah Supermarket is 44 people. Education, competence, discipline and overall employee welfare have an influence in improving employee performance at Sakinah Supermarket Surabaya. It is possible that employees maintain their competence attitude, in order to support employee performance at Sakinah Supermarket. ___________________________ Dalam Islam kesejahteraan tidak hanya diukur dari terpenuhinya kebutuhan materi saja, melainkan juga terpenuhinya kebutuhan spiritual. Melihat dari fakta yang ada, maka dengan upaya yang telah dilakukan oleh perusahaan diharapkan dapat menjadikan kinerja karyawan Supermarket Sakinah semakin baik kedepannya. Oleh karenya peneliti tertarik untuk meneliti bagaimanakah pengaruh antara pendidikan, kompetensi, disiplin, dan kesejahteraan karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan Supermarket Sakinah. menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif untuk menguji teori-teori tertentu dengan cara meneliti hubungan antar variabel. Untuk populasi karyawan pada Supermarket Sakinah ini berjumlah 44 orang. Pendidikan, kompetensi, disiplin dan kesejahteraan karyawan secara keseluruhan mempunyai pengaruh dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada Supermarket Sakinah Surabaya. Ada kiranya agar karyawan tetap mempertahankan sikap kompetensiya, guna menunjang kinerja karyawan pada Supermarket Sakinah.
