Abstract

Football gambling is a global phenomenon that not only impacts economic, but also social and legal aspects. As a sport that is very popular in the world, it does not rule out the possibility of the involvement of various parties from various countries in this crime, thus becoming a serious problem in the form of transnational crime. Gambling is an act that has been considered criminal according to various laws and regulations that apply in many countries in the world. In Indonesia, although gambling is prohibited, this practice remains widespread, especially through online platforms that are difficult to control by law enforcement officials. In Indonesia, gambling is considered an illegal act and is regulated in the Criminal Code (KUHP). Article 303 of the Criminal Code prohibits all forms of gambling and provides criminal sanctions for gambling offenders. This research aims to analyze Indonesia's vulnerability to the transnational crime of football gambling. This research uses a qualitative method by conducting in-depth analysis based on data and news found based on the theory of vulnerability in Indonesia. The results show that there are several main factors that increase Indonesia's vulnerability to transnational football gambling.

Abstract

Taxation is one of the sources of state revenue that greatly affects economic growth. However, major challenges arise due to tax evasion practices carried out by taxpayers illegally, thereby reducing the potential for state revenue. This phenomenon not only has an impact on weakening the country's fiscal capacity, but also hinders the pace of economic growth nationally. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the relationship between tax evasion, economic growth, and economic intelligence. Economic Intelligence is one of the approaches to economic resilience that can be a solution in infrastructure and prevention rather than recovering after tax evasion has occurred. This study uses a systematic literature review approach from previous research taken from summon discovery results found 493 previous studies then after being selected for the last 10 years and found that there are 29 previous studies that are suitable for this topic. The results of this study show that the majority of studies find a negative relationship between tax evasion and economic growth, while an approach based on economic intelligence by integrating technologies such as machine learning, blockchain, and big data analytics has proven to be effective in reducing tax evasion rates.

Abstract

Airspace defense is part of the country's sovereignty and its existence has been recognized. However, Indonesia does not yet have a law governing its airspace. This lack of regulation has occurred since the country's independence in 1945. This study aims to determine the benefits and urgency of improving airspace resilience in Indonesia by using an intelligence analysis approach. The research method is qualitative and descriptive analytical. Intelligence analysis is a powerful tool to anticipate and mitigate threats. By conducting intelligence analysis, it means being able to predict upcoming threats. The results of this study show that intelligence analysis is very useful for airspace defense with the addition of twelve air radars, which will help narrow the space for cyber threats. In addition, intelligence activities related to data collection, aerial observation, aerial reconnaissance, and prevention of attacks on the country's territory have also been introduced.
