<![CDATA[Abstract The development of the coffee business in Indonesia is inseparable from the presence of business actors who work on it. An example of a coffee-related business is a coffee roastery, which is a party or business that roasts coffee beans from green beans or raw coffee into roasted or ready-to-use coffee. In addition to coffee roastery, a coffee-related business is a coffee shop, which is a place that provides food and drinks, but mainly sells coffee.The purpose of this study is to analyze the contractual responsibility between coffee shop business actors and PT Missibu Kalimantan for the payment of coffee bean purchases and to find out and analyze the obstacles of coffee shop business actors in the payment of PT Missibu Kalimantan's coffee bean purchases. This research uses empirical legal research methods which are descriptive analysis.The contract agreement between the coffee shop business actors and PT Missibu Kalimantan has not been fully implemented properly, there is often one party that does not carry out its obligations in accordance with the mutually agreed contract and it is the responsibility of both parties to fulfill the contract.From the results of the research that has been carried out, it shows that PT Missibu Kopi Kalimantan has fulfilled all its obligations, but coffee shop business actors make late payments for the purchase of coffee beans mostly due to systematic problems in the coffee shop itself. PT Missibu Kopi Kalimantan will first communicate with the coffee shop business actors who make these late payments. Keywords: Business actors, PT Missibu Kalimantan, Contract Agreement, Rights and Obligations Abstrak Perkembangan bisnis kopi di Indonesia tidak terlepas dari kehadiran pelaku usaha yang menggelutinya. Contoh usaha yang berhubungan dengan kopi ialah coffee roastery, yaitu pihak atau bisnis yang menyangrai biji kopi dari green bean atau kopi mentah menjadi kopi yang sudah di sangrai atau siap digunakan. Selain coffee roastery, bisnis yang berhubungan dengan kopi ialah coffee shop, yaitu sebuah tempat yang menyediakan makanan dan minuman, namun utamanya menjual kopi.Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis tanggung jawab kontrak antara pelaku usaha coffee shop dan PT. Missibu Kalimantan atas pembayaran pembelian biji kopi dan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis hambatan pelaku usaha coffee shop di dalam pembayaran pembelian biji kopi PT. Missibu Kalimantan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum empiris yang bersifat deskriptif analisis.Perjanjian Kontrak antara pelaku usaha coffee shop dan PT. Missibu kalimantan belum sepenuhnya terlaksanakan dengan baik, seringkali ada salah satu pihak yang tidak melaksanakan kewajibannya sesuai dengan kontrak yang telah disepakati bersama dan sudah menjadi tanggung jawab kedua pihak untuk saling memenuhi kontrak tersebut.Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa PT. Missibu Kopi Kalimantan telah memenuhi segala kewajibannya, namun pelaku usaha coffee shop melakukan keterlambatan pembayaran pembelian biji kopi sebagian besar karena masalah sistematis yang ada di coffee shop itu sendiri. PT. Missibu Kopi Kalimantan akan melakukan komunikasi terlebih dahulu kepada pihak pelaku usaha coffee shop yang melakukan keterlambatan pembayaran tersebut. Kata Kunci : Pelaku usaha, PT.
