Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the inconsistency of housing locations in Bumi Biting Indah with cultural heritage zoning regulations. The data collection method used was a field survey. The analytical method used was analyzing official documents related to regional planning, development permits, and other official documentation to understand the legal context and administration of location discrepancies. The result of this research is document analysis confirming that there is a discrepancy between the housing location in Bumi Biting Indah and the cultural heritage zoning regulations. There are housing developments that have been built in zones that should be protected as cultural heritage areas.
