<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan interpersonal dan kemampuan komunikasi terhadap prestasi belajar siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Tondano. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif ex-post facto. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi, serta dokumentasi. Setelah itu data diolah dengan aplikasi SPSS Versi 26. Populasi penelitian yaitu siswa-siswi kelas X yang berjumlah 11 kelas, dengan jumlah seluruh siswa 233. Kemudian sampel penelitian adalah siswa-siswi kelas X Desain Komunikasi Visual A-C (DKV) dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Instrument penelitian menggunakan teknik tes kuesioner (angket). Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat pengaruh kecerdasan interpersonal (X1) terhadap prestasi belajar (Y) dengan nilai koefisien regresi 763,089, kemampuan komunikasi (X2) terhadap prestasi belajar (Y) 27,727, dan pengaruh kecerdasan interpersonal (X1), dan kemampuan komunikasi (X2) terhadap prestasi belajar (Y) secara bersama-sama 412,071. ABSTRACT The research aims to determine the influence of interpersonal intelligence and communication skills on student learning achievement at SMK Negeri 1 Tondano. This research is an ex-post facto quantitative research. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation, and documentation. After that, the data was processed using the SPSS Version 26 application. The research population was 11 class X students, with a total of 233 students. Then the research sample was class sampling. The research instrument uses a questionnaire test technique (questionnaire).
