<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Perguruan tinggi dituntut untuk dapat lebih fokus mencapai tujuan kinerja karena selaku lembaga ilmu, pengetahuan, penelitian serta pengabdian terhadap masyarakat. Salah satu kunci untuk mengatur kinerja ialah dengan Indikator Kinerja Utama. Akan tetapi Universitas Negeri Manado belum adanya sistem informasi untuk menginput dan mengelola IKU terlebih khusus IKU 2 masih menggunakan aplikasi web Google Form, dalam hal ini IKU 2 untuk mengatur kegiatan mahasiswa di luar kampus dan prestasinya. Oleh karena itu penelitian dilakukan agar supaya dapat mengembangkan sistem informasi pencapaian Indikator Kinerja Utama 2 untuk mempermudah Univeristas Negeri Manado dalam menginput dan mengelola data IKU 2. Metode yang digunakan untuk membangun sistem informasi IKU 2 yaitu Extreme Programming dan digunkannya pemodelan Unified Modeling Language (UML) agar dapat lebih mempermudah untuk merancang sistem yang akan dibuat. Bahasa program yang akan digunakan untuk membangun Back-end yaitu menggunakan Go-lang dan Front-end menggunakan Library React JS dari Javascript. Metode pengujian yang akan digunakan terhadap sistem adalah dengan menggunakan Black-box, dengan hasil dari pengujian Black-box yang dilakukan mengeluarkan valid, sistem tersebut berjalan sesuai dengan diharapkan. ABSTRACT Universities are required to be able to focus more on achieving performance goals because they are institutions of science, knowledge, research and community service. One of the keys to managing performance is with Key Performance Indicators. However, Manado State University does not yet have an information system to input and manage IKU, especially specifically IKU 2, still using the Google Form web application, in this case IKU 2 to regulate student activities outside campus and their achievements. Therefore, research was conducted in order to develop an information system for achieving Key Performance Indicator 2 to make it easier for Manado State University to input and manage IKU 2 data. The method used to build the IKU 2 information system is Extreme Programming and the use of Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling to make it easier to design the system to be created. The programming language that will be used to build the Back-end is using Go-lang and the Front-end uses the React JS Library from Javascript.
