Abstract

Thepurpose of this researh is to describ the managemeent of charactter formation programs at the State Islamic Senior High School of Pulau Taliabu. A qualiltative approch with a case study design was employed, conducted at MANi Pulau Taliabu. Data collection methods included observations, interviews, and document examinations, with data analysis involving summarization, presentation, and drawing conclusions. This study found that there are several distinct steps taken to strengthen character, such as observing and learning, cooperating, planning, executing the plan, reviewing it, and assessing how it can be improved. The school principal receives assistance from the team and coordinators. There are four aspects to implementing this plan: applying it in all aspects of the school, ensuring everyone believes in it, setting a real example, and communicating with parents. The school principal also oversees how the plan is implemented. Finally, they assess how well the plan is working, make changes if necessary, and discuss it with others..

Abstract

The management of teacher performance assessment influences the quality of education at MAN Pulau Taliabu. Teachers with good evaluations sometimes do not fully contribute to teaching and self-development. This study focuses on the management of teacher performance assessment and the quality of education at MAN Pulau Taliabu, using field methods and qualitative analysis. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The purpose of this study is to understand the management of teacher performance assessment's impact on the quality of education in the school and contribute to theoretical and practical understanding. The research findings indicate that the management of teacher performance assessment at MAN Pulau Taliabu has been effective; collaborative efforts are needed to pay attention to human resources with educational quality standards. Conclusion: teacher performance assessment contributes to the quality of education and achieves good accreditation through eight educational quality standards..

Abstract

Manajemen penilaian kinerja guru mempengaruhi mutu Pendidikan di MAN Pulau Taliabu. Guru dengan penilaian baik kadang tidak berkontribusi penuh dalam pembelajaran dan pengembangan diri. Penelitian ini fokus pada manajemen penilaian kinerja guru dan mutu Pendidikan di MAN Pulau Taliabu dengan metode lapangan dan analisis kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami manajemen penilaian kinerja guru terhadap mutu Pendidikan di sekolah dan berkontribusi pada pemahaman teoritis dan praktis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan manajemen penilaian kinerja guru di MAN Pulau Taliabu telah berjalan baik, perlu kerja sama untuk memperhatikan sumber daya manusia dengan standar mutu Pendidikan. Kesimpulan: penilaian kinerja guru berkontribusi pada mutu Pendidikan dan mendapatkan Akreditasi baik melalui delapan standar mutu Pendidikan.
