Abstract

Kecamatan Gumelar lahannya terluas untuk budidaya kapulaga di Banyumas. Permasalahannya saat ini fluktuasi harga memengaruhi pendapatan petani dan petani belum mampu mengendalikan harga pasar, karena terbatasnya informasi pasar. Tujuan penelitian: (1) mengetahui margin pemasaran komoditas kapulaga di Kecamatan Gumelar, (2) mengetahui aliran produk, aliran keuangan, dan aliran informasi komoditas kapulaga di Kecamatan Gumelar, dan (3) membuat pemetaan rantai pasok kapulaga di Kabupaten Banyumas. Teknik pengambilan sampel petani memakai probability sampling sebanyak 41 orang dan lembaga pemasaran ditentukan secara non probability sampling yang terdiri pedagang pengepul I & II sebanyak 8 orang dan pedagang besar sebanyak 2 orang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan analisis deskripstif, marjin pemasaran dan farmer’s share. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan :1) margin pemasaran yang paling rendah terdapat pada saluran ke III yaitu sebesar Rp 15.000 per kilogram, 2) Aliran rantai pasok kapulaga di Kecamatan Gumelar, Kabupaten Banyumas memiliki 3 saluran yaitu : A. Aliran produk mengalir memiliki 2 sistem yaitu diantar dan mengantar, B. Aliran keuangan memiliki 2 sistem tunai dan non tunai, C. Aliran Informasi mengalir dua arah yaitu dari petani hingga ke konsumen dan sebaliknya, dan 3) Pemetaan rantai pasok komoditas kapulaga di Kabupaten Banyumas terdiri 3 aliran yaitu aliran 1 mulai dari petani lalu ke pedagang pengepul I ke pedagang besar dan konsumen, aliran 2 dari petani lalu ke pedagang pengepul I ke pedagang pengepul II dan konsumen, dan aliran 3 dari petani lalu ke pedagang pengepul II ke pedagang besar dan konsumen.

Abstract

One of the most important production factors in increasing production and productivity of agricultural commodities is fertilizer. Moment this still many farmers who have not understand about the card program farmer as tool in distribution fertilizer subsidized , so required strategy for Upgrade adoption card program innovation farmer . The research aims to analyze internal and external factors as well as strategies to increase the adoption of innovations in the use of farmer cards in the district Banyumas . The research method used is a qualitative method. The analysis carried out is IFAS and EFAS matrix analysis, and SWOT analysis. The results showed that the internal and external factors of the farmer card program were in quadrant II, meaning that the alternative strategies used were building and growing strategies. This means increasing market share in the same market with more intensive marketing efforts, namely by assisting in more intensive distribution of subsidized fertilizers and product development by making economical packaging of subsidized fertilizers so that they are more attractive to the market. The results of the SWOT analysis include optimizing the role of institutions to provide clear and continuous information about innovations in the farmer card program, mentoring and counseling to improve farmers' knowledge and skills in implementing the farmer card program, developing product fertilizer subsidized for segment medium to lower that is with make packaging economical on fertilizer subsidized .
