Abstract

Cyberbullying is a form of violence experienced by children or teenagers through cyberspace or the internet. Cyberbullying is an incident where a child or teenager is insulted, intimidated, harassed via cyberspace or the internet. This situation can cause emotions that make the victim react to take revenge on the perpetrator. The impact experienced is very influential on learning and socialization. Due to the fact that there are so many cases that children or teenagers get, I looked for information using the literature in every journal, there are so many methods available in Artificial Intelligence (AI), namely Naïve Bayes Classifier, Support Vector Machine, Gamification Method, and Method Jaccard. Where an AI can identify cyberbullying in comments on social media, and AI can also delete a comment, using existing methods. This system can also collect Bullying or NonBullying sentences, so that we can find out which ones are sentences in cyberbullying. This prevention will be carried out using methods that have been studied by taking references from the Scopus and SINTA database journals. This study also discusses how we deal with cyberbullying in learning or other things, such as holding seminars or outreach regarding cyberbullying. Where a case will be handled by the Government or related parties in this Cyberbullying case, which has been stated in the law. Keywords: Cyberbullying, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Method

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mendorong digitalisasi di berbagai sektor, termasuk industri kuliner yang kini banyak memanfaatkan website penjualan untuk mendukung transaksi daring. Namun, meningkatnya penggunaan sistem berbasis web juga menimbulkan tantangan serius terkait keamanan data pelanggan dan transaksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan algoritma enkripsi AES-256-CBC pada sistem informasi penjualan Aqilah Cakes guna menjamin kerahasiaan dan integritas data. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan eksperimental terapan dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan modul enkripsi, implementasi sistem, serta pengujian performa dan keamanan. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa data sensitif pelanggan berhasil dienkripsi sebelum disimpan ke dalam basisdata MongoDB. Pengujian kriptografi menghasilkan nilai Avalanche Effect sebesar 53,12%, Bit Error Rate 0,5312, Character Error Rate 93,18%, dan Entropi 7,98 bit, yang membuktikan bahwa AES-256-CBC memiliki difusi dan konfusi yang sangat baik serta menghasilkan ciphertext acak mendekati ideal. Dengan demikian, sistem informasi penjualan Aqilah Cakes terbukti mampu meningkatkan keamanan data tanpa mengorbankan performa, serta dapat diandalkan untuk mendukung keberlangsungan bisnis daring.
