Abstract

This research explores communication strategies in forming and maintaining organizational culture at the STIAMI Institute. In the midst of the dynamics of globalization, educational institutions, such as the STIAMI Institute, are faced with the challenge of maintaining a culture that supports the educational vision. The research uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews as a data collection method. The research findings reflect the positive steps the STIAMI Institute has taken, while highlighting areas of potential improvement. The consistency of message interpretation, the impact of communication media, the implementation of ethical values, the culture of innovation, and the responses of organizational members are the focus of analysis. Recommendations involve in-depth evaluation, measuring the impact of digital media, and further analysis of the implementation of ethical values. This research provides insight into communication strategies that support the establishment of a sustainable organizational culture in educational environments, contributing to a better understanding of the complexity of cultural dynamics at the STIAMI Institute

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Communication Strategy for Sustainability of the PT People's School CSR Program. Jaya Ancol with a focus on program objectives, communication methods used, and the impact that has been produced. The research method used is a literature study by collecting and analyzing secondary data related to CSR programs and corporate sustainability communications. The analysis results show that PT. Jaya Ancol has succeeded in conveying sustainability messages through various communication channels, strengthening public awareness, and building support for the company's sustainability efforts. In addition, the Sekolah Rakyat CSR Program provides concrete benefits in the form of increasing access to education for the community around Ancol and strengthening positive relationships between the company and the local community. Continuous evaluation and responsiveness to change are the keys to maintaining the sustainability of this program. This study provides a positive picture of the importance of strategic communications and CSR programs in achieving corporate sustainability goals

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) adalah program yang diimplementasikan oleh perusahaan untuk mendapatkan citra positif dari lingkungan sekitar. Konsep CSR menekankan bahwa tanggung jawab perusahaan tidak hanya mencari keuntungan semata, tetapi juga bertanggung jawab terhadap aspek sosial dan lingkungan, baik di lingkungan sekitarnya maupun di tingkat nasional. Seperti PT Paragon Innovation and Technology, sebuah perusahaan di Indonesia yang fokus pada industri kecantikan, memiliki tujuan untuk menciptakan manfaat yang lebih besar bagi masyarakat melalui inovasi. Paragon berkomitmen untuk terus melakukan program CSR yang fokus pada edukasi, kesehatan, pemberdayaan perempuan, dan juga lingkungan yang sejalan dengan Visi Misi Perusahaan. Adanya peristiwa perang di jalur Gaza yang sudah memakan banyak korban termasuk perempuan dan anak-anak membuat banyak sekali pihak dari berbagai belahan dunia yang turut bersimpati dan mengecam perbuatan keji Israel terhadap Palestina. Paragon berkomitmen untuk membantu rakyat Palestina yang sedang berjuang untuk Negara nya, dengan mengirim bantuan tahap satu berupa Uang sebesar Rp 1 M dan juga bantuan kebutuhan pokok lainnya. Melalui cara ini Paragon berharap bisa bermanfaat dan meringankan beban Palestina
