Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis budaya organisasi dan keterlibatan karyawan, serta menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap keterlibatan karyawan Generasi Y pada Kantor Pusat PT PLN. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling sehingga ditemukan jumlah sampel sebanyak 230 responden. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif dan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi PT PLN sangat baik dan keterlibatan karyawannya juga baik, serta budaya organisasi memengaruhi keterlibatan karyawan secara signifikan dan positif. Semakin kuat budaya organisasi cenderung meningkatkan keterlibatan karyawan. Implikasi penelitian ini menyarankan untuk tetap menjaga setiap nilai budaya serta memperhatikan variabel lain seperti senior leadership, komunikasi organisasi, training and development, reward and recognition, dan juga employee value proposition.ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze organizational culture and employee involvement, as well as analyze the influence of organizational culture on the involvement of Generation Y employees at PT PLN Headquarters. The sampling method used purposive sampling so that a total sample of 230 respondents was found. The data analysis method in this study is the descriptive analysis method and SEM-PLS. The results of this study indicate that PT PLN's organizational culture is very good and its employee involvement is also good, and organizational culture influences employee engagement significantly and positively. A stronger organizational culture tends to increase employee engagement. The implications of this research suggest maintaining every cultural value and paying attention to other variables such as senior leadership, organizational communication, training and development, reward and recognition, as well as employee value propositions.
