This research aims to obtain a description of the three-dimensional geometry problem solving profile of class XII students of SMA Negeri 1 Ampana in terms of visual-spatial intelligence. This type of research is qualitative research. There were 2 subjects in this study, NA with a high level of visual-spatial intelligence and SA with a low level of visual-spatial intelligence. The results of the research show the following: (1) Problem-solving profile of the NA subject in: a) Understanding the problem, the subject redraws the exact beam in the problem, identifies and writes down all known and asked rib lengths b) Makes a problem-solving plan, subject has a clear strategy in finding the point on the diagonal line of the field by using the area of a triangle formula, c) Carrying out the problem-solving plan, the subject implements the problem-solving plan that has been previously designed so as to obtain the distance from the point to the field diagonal line, d) Checking back, the subject sees - look back at the results of his work while occasionally calculating all the steps in the answer. (2) Problem-solving profile of the SA subject in: a) Understanding the problem, the subject identifies and writes down all the known and asked rib lengths in the problem, b)Making a problem-solving plan, the subject does not have a clear and wrong strategy to obtain a point on the diagonal line of the field, c) Carrying out the problem-solving plan, the subject cannot solve the given problem because when working on the problem the subject uses the wrong formula, d) Re-checking, the subject did not re-check the answers.
