Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pengeloaan Alokasi Dana Desa dalam Upaya Pembangunan di Desa Arallae Kecamatan Kahu Kabupaten Bone. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif desktiptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari Kepala Desa, Sekertaris Desa, Bendahara Desa, Ketua BPD, dan Masyarakat Desa Arallae. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pengelolaan Alokasi Dana Desa di Desa Arallae meliputi lima tahapan utama, yaitu, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, penatausaha, pelaporan, dan pertanggungjawaban. Secara umum, pelaksanaan pengelolaan dana telah mengacu pada peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku dan petunjuk teknis dari pemerintah. Namun, dalam praktiknya masih terdapat beberapa kendala, seperti keterbatasan kapasitas sumber daya manusia, keterlambatan pencairan dana, serta minimnya partisipasi Masyarakat dalam proses perencanaan dan pengawasan. Untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut, diperlukan peningkatan kapasitas aparatur desa melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan teknis, serta penguatan sistem transparasi dan akuntabilitas. Selain itu, peningkatan partisipasi Masyarakat pada tahap pengelolaan dana desa sangat penting guna memastikan bahwa penggunaan dana benar-benar sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan perioritas pembangunan dan kesejahteraan Masyarakat secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The focus of this research is on the critical issue of overlapping Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) regulations within Indonesia's legal system. This is a significant problem that affects business compliance and social development outcomes. The study investigates the normative juridical aspects of various legislative frameworks, including the Company Law, Investment Law, and Mining Law. The study identifies three major consequences of regulatory redundancy: uncertainty in implementation standards, resource inefficiency due to program duplication, and complexity in supervision. It highlights systemic weaknesses within Indonesia's CSR legislative system and proposes an innovative legislative model to integrate CSR. To enhance legal certainty and implementation effectiveness, the study recommends a comprehensive harmonization method that integrates regulations, establishes consistent implementation mechanisms, and develops supervision protocols. These findings assist policymakers and legal practitioners in improving Indonesia's CSR regulatory framework.

Abstract

This research aims to find and analyze violations of the code of ethics for the National Police public relations profession (case study Ferdi Sambo). The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method with data collection carried out by researchers through library research (library study). The data analysis technique uses a data analysis approach, namely data collection, data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing. The results of this research show that the violation of the professional code of ethics in the Ferdi Sambo case study has tarnished the good name of the National Police institution, damaged the image and reputation of the National Police. National Police Public Relations is able to resolve problems quickly by increasing the role of National Police Public Relations to expert prieciber, problem solving communication facilitator, technician communication facilitator. Analysis of this case provides a lesson for the public that when carrying out a profession one must be professional and not involve emotional feelings whose impact is not only detrimental to oneself but also detrimental to the institution and the public.
