<![CDATA[Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) berperan penting dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi melalui pengetahuan, keterampilan, disiplin, dan motivasi kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Draco Internasional Jakarta Barat baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 60 responden karyawan aktif PT Draco Internasioanl Jakarta Barat. Data yang terkumpul kemudian di analisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial dengan nilai sebesar thitung 5.855 > ttabel 2.002. Selain itu, motivasi kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial dengan nilai thitung 7.298 > ttabel 2.002. Secara bersama sama, variabel disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan pada kinerja karyawan PT Draco Internasional Jakarta Barat dengan nilai Fhitung 248.457 > Ftabel 3.16. Human Resources (HR) play a crucial role in achieving organizational goals through knowledge, skills, discipline, and work motivation. This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Draco Internasional, West Jakarta, both partially and simultaneously. The research method uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to 60 active employees of PT. Draco Internasional, West Jakarta. The collected data was then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that work discipline has a positive and significant partial effect, with a t-value of 5.855 > t-table value of 2.002. In addition, work motivation also has a positive and significant partial effect, with a t-value of 7.298 > t-table value of 2.002. Simultaneously, the variables of work discipline and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Draco Internasional, West Jakarta, with an F-value of 248.457 > F-table value of 3.16.]]>
