<![CDATA[Abstrak. Minyak Goreng Kelapa Sawit adalah salah satu kebutuhan pokok untuk berbagai kalangan di Indonesia, seperti rumah tangga dan industri makanan. Salah satu metode untuk prediksi adalah Metode Average Based Fuzzy Time Series Lee. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi harga Minyak Goreng Kelapa Sawit pada minggu pertama bulan Juni 2023 dengan menggunakan data pada 1 November 2021 - 31 Mei 2023. Dalam penelitian ini langkah awalnya yaitu membuat plot data, kemudian langkah kedua adalah menentukan himpunan semesta pembicaraan, langkah ketiga yaitu menentukan himpunan Fuzzy dengan average based, langkah keempat melakukan Fuzzyfikasi, langkah kelima membentuk Fuzzy Logical Relationship orde 1 dan 2, langkah keenam melakukan deFuzzyfikasi orde 1 dan 2 sehingga menghasilkan nilai hasil peramalan, dan yang terakhir yaitu menghitung MAPE. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan, harga minyak goreng kelapa sawit kemasan pada minggu pertama bulan Juni 2023 senilai Rp 18,957 dengan MAPE 0,29221481 % untuk model Orde 1, dan senilai Rp. 18,935 dengan MAPE 0,2017375 % untuk model Orde 2. Berdasarkan hasil MAPE, model yang didapatkan tergolong sangat baik, karena nilai error <10%. Abstract. Palm Cooking oil is one of the daily necessities for various groups in Indonesia, such as household and food industries. One of the methods to do prediction is the Average Based Fuzzy Time Series Lee Method. This study aims to predict the price of Palm Cooking Oil in the first week of June 2023 using data for 1 November 2021 - 31 May 2023. In this study the first step is to plot the data, then the second step is to determine the universe of discussion sets, the third step is to determine the average based Fuzzy set, the fourth step is to do fuzzification, the fifth step is to form 1st and 2nd order Fuzzy Logical Relationships, the sixth step is to defuzzification order 1 and 2 to produce forecasting results, and the last is to calculate MAPE. Based on the calculation results, the price of palm cooking oil package in the first week of June 2023 was Rp. 18,957 with MAPE of 0.29221481% for the Order 1 model, and Rp. 18.935 with MAPE of 0.2017375% for the Order 2 model. Based on the MAPE results, the model obtained are classified as very accurate, because the error value is <10%.]]>
