Abstract

In recent years, Web 3.0 has gained significant attention due to its potential to create a more secure and decentralized internet. The background of this research lies in the growing demand for data privacy and security, which traditional Web 2.0 platforms fail to provide. The objective of this study is to explore how IPFS (InterPlanetary File System) can be leveraged to build decentralized websites that prioritize security and user privacy in the Web 3.0 ecosystem. The method involves a qualitative approach, including a case study where IPFS is utilized to develop a decentralized website, followed by a series of performance and security tests. The performance tests revealed that IPFS-based websites achieved a 99.2% uptime compared to 96.5% in traditional websites, and reduced server failure rates by approximately 35%. These quantitative results confirm that IPFS provides higher resilience against data breaches and server failures while reducing reliance on single points of failure. The conclusion drawn from this research indicates that IPFS is a promising technology for developing secure, decentralized websites in the Web 3.0 era, offering an enhanced user experience with improved privacy, data security, and scalability. The findings suggest that adopting IPFS for web development could pave the way for the next generation of decentralized applications, contributing to the ongoing transformation of the internet.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation has fundamentally transformed how organizations formulate and execute business strategies. As digital ecosystems continue to evolve, traditional approaches are no longer sufficient to maintain competitiveness, leading to the rise of cyberpreneurship as a strategic enabler for innovation and sustainability. The objective of this study is to examine how cyberpreneurship influences the evolution of business strategies through the adoption of AI and automation, focusing on strategic agility, innovation capability, and organizational adaptability. Using a quantitative research approach, data were collected from 250 digital entrepreneurs operating in creative and technology-based sectors. The data were analyzed using SmartPLS 4.0 to test the relationships among key constructs, including AI adoption, entrepreneurial innovation, business agility, and sustainable performance. The results indicate that AI adoption significantly enhances innovation capability, which mediates the relationship between cyberpreneurship and sustainable business performance. The findings highlight that businesses leveraging AI and automation can develop adaptive, data-driven, and customer-oriented strategies that strengthen long-term competitiveness. In conclusion, this study emphasizes that cyberpreneurship plays a crucial role in driving strategic transformation in the age of automation by fostering innovation and organizational resilience aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure), and SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production).

Abstract

Amid rapid technological advancement, organizations are required to undertake digital transformation to remain competitive in the modern business landscape. However, successful transformation requires more than mere technology adoption because it demands strategic leadership capable of driving change, fostering innovation, and aligning organizational objectives with digital strategies. This study examines the role of strategic leadership in organizational digital transformation, highlighting leadership styles, strategic approaches, and key practices that contribute to successful digital change initiatives. Through a comprehensive literature review and case study analysis, the research identifies critical leadership behaviors and decision-making processes that influence the effectiveness of digital initiatives. The findings emphasize that transformational leadership, adaptability, and vision-driven strategies facilitate smoother transitions, enhance employee engagement, and cultivate a sustainable digital culture within organizations. The study also explores major challenges faced by leaders, including resistance to change, resource constraints, and the need to balance innovation with operational stability. The results indicate that strategic leaders who adopt collaborative and inclusive approaches are better positioned to navigate the complexities of digital transformation. By integrating technological capabilities with a clear strategic vision, leaders not only manage transformation processes effectively but also strengthen long-term organizational competitiveness in the evolving digital economy. The study concludes by outlining practical implications for organizational leaders and suggesting directions for future research on the evolving role of leadership in digital transformation.
