Background: When a patient walks into an ICU room, it can be a very stressful moment and cause anxiety. A spiritual approach that aims can alleviate psychological problems and improve the patient's ability to cope with them emotionally and reduce anxiety. Spiritual well-being is a state in which a person feels they have meaning, purpose, and peace in their lives, often related to spiritual or religious aspects. Objectives: This research objective to analyze the relationship between spiritual well-being and anxiety levels in patients in the ICU at X Hospital in 2024. Method: This research uses a quantitative method with a cross-sectional research design. This research was conducted in August-September 2024 in the ICU room of X Hospital. The population in this study was 40 ICU patients in July, using the Total Sampling technique of patients with a sample of 40 samples. The instrument uses a questionnaire with interview and observation techniques and data analysis is carried out using the Gamma test. Results: The results of this research the results of the Gamma p-value analysis test: 0.001. Conclusions: There was a relationship with Spiritual well-being with the level of anxiety in patients in the ICU room of X Hospital in 2024.
