<![CDATA[ABSTRACT The World Health Organization (WHO) states that reproductive health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being, not merely free from disease or disability related to the reproductive system, functions and processes. In Indonesia, the greatest frequency of adolescents who have had sex outside of marriage is in the 20-24 year age group, which is 60.1%, while 58.5% of adolescents who experience unwanted pregnancies are in the 15-19 year age group. To find out the relationship between knowledge and attitudes towards reproductive health with premarital sex behavior in Bachelor of Nursing Level 3 Abdi Nusantara students in 2023. This type of research is quantitative analytic using a cross-sectional design. The type of data is primary data that is directly obtained from students. The research population was Bachelor of Nursing Level 3 students. The sampling method in this study was Total Sampling, so the number of samples was 50 respondents. Based on the results of the Chi-Square test, it was found that there was no relationship between knowledge of reproductive health and premarital sex behavior for students of the Bachelor of Nursing Study Program level 3 at Stikes Abdi Nusantara Jakarta in 2023 (p-value 0.75 > 0.05). There is no relationship between attitudes towards reproductive health and premarital sex behavior for students of Bachelor of Nursing Study Program level 3 at Stikes Abdi Nusantara Jakarta in 2023 (p-value 0.76 > 0.05). ABSTRAK World Health Organization (WHO) menyatakan Kesehatan reproduksi adalah keadaan sehat secara fisik, mental, dan sosial secara utuh, tidak semata-mata bebas dari penyakit atau kecacatan yang berkaitan dengan sistem, fungsi, dan proses reproduksi. Di Indonesia frekuensi terbesar remaja yang pernah melakukan hubungan seks di luar nikah berada pada kelompok umur 20- 24 tahun yaitu sebesar 60,1%, sedangkan remaja yang mengalami kehamilan yang tidak diinginkan sebanyak 58,5% berada pada kelompok umur 15- 19 tahun. Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan dan sikap terhadap kesehatan reproduksi dengan perilaku seks pra nikah mahasiswa S1 Keperawatan Tingkat 3 Abdi Nusantara tahun 2023. Jenis penelitian bersifat analitik kuantitatif menggunakan rancangan crossectional. Jenis data berupa data primer yang langsung di dapatkan dari mahasiswa. Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa S1 Keperawatan Tingkat 3, Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Total Sampling, sehingga jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 responden. Berdasarkan hasil uji Chi-Square didapati tidak hubungan antara pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi dengan perilaku seks pranikah mahasiswa prodi S1 keperawatan tingkat 3 di Stikes Abdi Nusantara Jakarta Tahun 2023 (p-value 0.75 >0.05). Tidak ada hubungan antara sikap terhadap kesehatan reproduksi dengan perilaku seks pranikah mahasiswa prodi S1 keperawatan tingkat 3 di Stikes Abdi Nusantara Jakarta Tahun 2023 (p-value 0,76 >0,05).
