Abstract

ABSTRACT Studies and research have shown that consuming Moringa leaves can help increase hemoglobin levels in individuals with anemia. This is because the high iron content in Moringa leaves can help increase hemoglobin production in the body. To determine the effect of Moringa leaves on increasing hemoglobin (HB) levels in anemic pregnant women at the Kalibaru Health Center in 2024. This research was carried out at the Kalibaruan Community Health Center in April and May 2024, by taking pregnant women who had mild anemia as respondents. The independent variable is the administration of Moringa leaves. The dependent variable is the increase in Hb levels, using primary data obtained using observation sheets to determine the value of Hb levels before and after the intervention. Data processing was carried out univariate and bivariate with the T test (paired sample t test) with the help of the SPSS computer program. The average hemoglobin level of the 36 respondents was a positive rank, namely an increase in hemoglobin levels with an average of 18.50 and a sum of rank of 666.00. There was no negative decrease in ranks or reduction in hemoglobin levels and tie values (fixed assessment before and After the research results show that Asymp (2 - Talled) is 0.000 because 0.000 < 0.05, it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted. This means that there is an effect of Moringa leaves on increasing hemoglobin (Hb) levels in pregnant women with anemia at the Kalibaru health center in 2024. Midwives can recommend consuming Moringa leaves in powder form, capsules, or cooked as a vegetable, as well as monitoring the development of pregnant women's Hb. Collaboration with other health workers and the community is also important to disseminate information and education. Keywords: Moringa Leaves, Hemoglobin Levels, Pregnant Women  ABSTRAK Kasus anemia pada ibu hamil di Indonesia masih tinggi mencapai 48,9% (Riskesdas,2018). Di Puskesmas Kalibaru Ibu hamil Trimester III yang mengalami anemia ringan sebanyak 36 orang, dan  mayoritas atau 100 %  tidak mengetahui manfaat dari daun kelor yang dapat meningkatkan kadar hemoglobin selain dari konsumi tablet FE. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh daun kelor terhadap kenaikan kadar hemoglobin (HB) pada ibu hamil anemia di Puskesmas Kalibaru Tahun 2024. Penelitian ini merupakan pre-eksperimen dengan rancangan penelitian Two Group Pre-Post Test Design. Populasi adalah seluruh ibu hamil yang mengalami anemia ringan, teknik sampling menggunakan total sampling yaitu sebanyak 36 responden. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Kalibaru pada bulan Mei 2024. Seluruh responden mendapatkan perlakuan berupa pemberian ekstrak daun kelor 100 gr yang dikonsumsi 2x sehari selama 14 hari, kemudian dilakukan observasi untuk mengetahui nilai kadar Hb sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan intervensi,  pengolahan data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat dengan uji T (paired sampel t tes). Rata-rata kadar hemoglobin responden sebelum diberikan daun kelor yaitu 9,692 MmHg, dan setelah 14 hari diberikan daun kelor naik menjadi 10,322 MmHg dengan selisih beda sebesar 0,63 MmHg. Hasil uji bivariat menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon di dapatkan mayoritas nilai rata – rata positif rank yaitu adanya peningkatan kadar hemoglobin dengan rata- rata 18,50. Hasil penelitian di ketahui Asymp. Sig (2 – Talled) bernilai 0.000 artinya ada Pengaruh Daun Kelor Terhadap Kenaikan Kadar Hemoglobin (Hb). Ada Pengaruh Daun Kelor Terhadap Kenaikan Kadar Hemoglobin (Hb) Pada Ibu Hamil Anemia di Puskesmas Kalibaru Tahun 2024. Bidan dapat merekomendasikan konsumsi daun kelor dalam bentuk bubuk, kapsul, atau dimasak sebagai sayur, serta memantau perkembangan Hb ibu hamil. Kolaborasi dengan tenaga kesehatan lain dan komunitas juga penting untuk menyebarkan informasi dan edukasi. Kata Kunci: Daun Kelor, Kadar Hemoglobin, Ibu Hamil
