<![CDATA[ABSTRACT Stroke is a neurological disease that is often encountered and must be treated quickly and appropriately. Stroke is a sudden brain function disorder caused by cerebral blood circulation disorders and can occur to anyone and at any time (Muttaqin, 2008), Recovery of stroke patients refers to the process of motor abilities and daily skills that are impaired due to stroke. Stroke often causes significant functional deficits, affecting mobility and quality of life. This study aims theoretically to increase our understanding of the effects of early mobilization on the functional recovery process of stroke patients.This study used a pre-experimental type of method. with a one grub pretest-posttes design. This design was chosen to evaluate the effect of early mobilization on the functional recovery of stroke patients in the stroke room of the Karawang Hospital unit with a sample of 38 patients. The results in this study obtained an average pre test value of 2.76 and post test 2.50. The results of the analysis obtained p value (0.001) < α (0.05) which means that there is a significant difference in the average value between before and after being given early mobilization. From the results of statistical tests, it can be concluded that there is an effect of the application of early mobilization on the functional recovery of stroke patients in the Stroke Unit Room of Karawang Hospital. health workers, especially nurses at Karawang Hospital, can help stroke patients with moderate and severe dependence with early mobilization so as to increase the hope of recovery of patients who are undergoing treatment from the patient's motor function. Keywords: Stroke, Early Mobilization, Muscle Strength ABSTRAK Stroke merupakan penyakit neurologis yang sering dijumpai dan harus ditangani secara cepat dan tepat. Stroke merupakan kelainan fungsi otak yang timbul mendadak yang disebabkan karena terjadinya gangguan peredaran darah otak dan bisa terjadi pada siapa saja dan kapan saja (Muttaqin, 2008), Pemulihan pasien stroke mengacu pada proses kemampuan motorik dan keterampilan sehari-hari yang terganggu akibat stroke. Stroke sering kali menyebabkan defisit fungsional yang signifikan, dapat mempengaruhi mobilitas dan kualitas hidup pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan secara teoritis untuk meningkatkan pemahaman kita mengenai efek dari penerapan mobilisasi dini terhadap proses pemulihan fungsional pasien stroke. Pada Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis metode pre-experimental. dengan desain one grub pretest-posttes. Desain ini dipilih untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh mobilisasi dini terhadap pemulihan fungsional pasien stroke di ruang stroke unit Rsud Karawang dengan sample sebanyak 38 Pasien. hasil dalam penilitian ini didapat nilai rata-rata pre test sebesar 2.76 dan post test 2,50.
