Abstract

Penelitian ini bermaksud guna mengenali gimana aplikasi prinsip syariah pada Hotel Syariah Al Jayri Medan. Fokus dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis penerapan syariah yang terstandar sesuai dengan Fatwa DSN MUI. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Sumber data menggunakan data primer yaitu diperoleh berdasarkan hasil wawancara secara langsung dengan pihak manajemen perhotelan Hotel Syariah Al Jayri Medan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan oleh peneliti yaitu dengan cara melakukan observasi lapangan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian hotel ini sudah mengimplementasikan penerapan prinsip syariah dengan baik bahkan hampir sepenuhnya berhasil mematuhi prinsip syariah yang telah diamanatkan oleh Fatwa DSN MUI.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, technology plays a pivotal role in various aspects of life, particularly in business activities. E-commerce has emerged as a prominent platform, facilitating product selection, transactions, and interactions between buyers and sellers through internet-connected media. This research explores the effectiveness of e-commerce in developing product marketing for micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM), focusing on a case study in the Tanjung Morawa District. Employing qualitative descriptive research, this study aims to provide insights into the impact of e-commerce on UMKM marketing strategies. Data collection involves direct interviews with UMKM owners. The findings reveal that e-commerce offers significant advantages for UMKM, enabling them to overcome barriers such as distance and time in conducting business activities. Through e-commerce, UMKM can reach a broader consumer base and enhance their competitiveness in the market. However, challenges such as technological barriers and online visibility persist. Overall, the study underscores the importance of e-commerce as a strategic tool for UMKM development and offers recommendations for its effective implementation.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of work values ​​and job satisfaction on employee engagement at the Lazismu Sunggal service office. This study aims to address the problem of low employee engagement in this social service organization, which is very important to achieve organizational goals and improve employee performance. This study uses a qualitative research design with a case study approach, focusing on employees who have worked at Lazismu Sunggal for at least one year. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with 3 employees, observation, and documentation. The findings of the study indicate a significant relationship between work values, job satisfaction, and employee engagement. Employees who align their work values ​​with organizational goals tend to be more satisfied and engaged in their jobs. This study concludes that increasing work values ​​and job satisfaction can significantly increase employee engagement, thereby contributing to the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization in managing zakat, infaq, and shadaqah funds.

Abstract

Fiscal policy is a policy that regulates or manages the state's revenue and expenditure with the aim of maintaining stability and promoting economic development. Government revenue and expenditure are among the instruments of fiscal policy. However, in modern literature, fiscal policy does not address ethical issues, except in distribution theory. Even then, it is only limited to distribution theory. This research method uses a library study. The results of this discussion show that fiscal policy in Islam, from the time of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) until now, has always used a balanced budget system managed through the Baitul Mal. Instruments developed in Islamic fiscal policy include zakat, infaq, sadaqah, waqf, ghanimah, fa’i, kharaj, jizyah, ushur, and khumus.
