Abstract

nclusive elementary school SDN Sukabumi Selatan 07 Kebon Jeruk Jakarta is not facilitated with a play therapy area. So far, the inclusive elementary school SDN Sukabumi Selatan 07 Kebon Jeruk has not had a play therapy facility. The inclusive elementary school SDN Sukabumi Selatan 07 Kebon Jeruk, led by Bekti Widiyaningsih, plans to redesign the play therapy area for students who are in a bad mood, lack motivation and are angry or having a tantrum. However, with limited funds from the School Operational Assistance, the head of SDN Sukabumi Selatan 07 Kebon Jeruk really hopes that the availability of this play therapy area can be realized, so that learning can run more effectively. In connection with this, the assistance of an Interior Designer is needed to plan a play therapy area or redesign a safe and comfortable play therapy area. The method of implementing Community Service (PKM) in the form of designing the interior of the play therapy area begins with data collection by providing socialization to the principal and teachers that the play therapy area facility is important. The method of designing the interior of the play therapy area includes analyzing student activities when they are not in the mood, having a tantrum or losing concentration, continuing to devine, design and development. The result of PKM is the availability of ergonomic, safe and comfortable play therapy area for users. The multisensory concept is applied to the materials used including floor elements, seats, and play equipment. This PKM activity is recommended for wider inclusive schools, teachers who teach in inclusive schools. ABSTRAK Sekolah dasar inklusi SDN Sukabumi Selatan 07 Kebon Jeruk Jakarta tidak difasilitasi area terapi bermain. Selama ini sekolah dasar inklusi SDN Sukabumi Selatan 07 Kebon Jeruk belum memiliki sarana terapi bermain. Sekolah dasar inklusi SDN Sukabumi Selatan 07 Kebon Jeruk, pimpinan Bekti Widiyaningsih berencana akan mengadakan redesain area terapi bermain bagi siswa yang moodnya kurang baik, kurang motivasi dan sedang marah atau tantrum. Tetapi dengan dana terbatas dari Bantuan Operasional Sekolah, pimpinan SDN Sukabumi Selatan 07 Kebon Jeruk sangat mengharapkan ketersediaan area terapi bermain ini terealisasi, agar pembelajaran berjalan lebih efektif. Sehubungan dengan hal itu maka dibutuhkan bantuan Desainer Interior untuk merencanakan area terapi bermain atau redesain area terapi bermain yang aman dan nyaman. Metode pelaksanaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) berupa perancangan interior area terapi bermain diawali dengan pengumpulan data dengan memberikan sosialisasi kepada kepala sekolah dan guru bahwa fasilitas area terapi bermain penting. Metode perancangan interior area terapi bermain meliputi analisis aktivitas siswa saat tidak mood, tantrum atau kehilangan konsentrasi, selanjutnya devine, design, dan development. Hasil PKM adalah ketersediaan area terapi bermain yang ergonomis, aman, dan nyaman bagi pengguna. Konsep multisensori diterapkan material yang digunakan meliputi elemen lantai, dudukan, dan media bermain. Kegiatan PKM ini direkomendasikan untuk kepala sekolah, dan guru di sekolah inklusi.
