Abstract

The development of social media platforms in today's digital era has experienced a significant increase in all circles. In this context, many online news portals have converged by utilizing Instagram as a medium for disseminating up to date information. Instagram itself, is able to disseminate information widely because it is relatively easy to access by anyone at any time. Indozone.id itself is an online media web portal part of PT. Indozone Media Indonesia which has also converged by utilizing Instagram. Has 4.2 million active Instagram followers, with the well-known characteristic with the tagline #KAMUHARUSTAU Indozone.id has successfully presented content that is educational, informative and adds insight and the latest information to its followers in order to build a better generation of Indonesia and be able to have a positive impact on generations Millennials and Gen Z. The current research uses a descriptive quantitative approach and seeks to determine the resulting influence of the @Indozone Instagram account in meeting the information needs of its followers specifically for Stikom Interstudi broadcasting students. The data collection technique is through the Google form with a scale measurement level such as 4 points and the data confirmation test technique uses the Validity Test and Reliability Test. While the data analysis technique uses the Simple Linear Analysis Technique with the help of IBM SPSS V.26 software with research results showing that Instagram @Indozone has a significant and positive effect on fulfilling the information needs of Stikom Interstudi broadcasting students.

Abstract

Effective interpersonal communication is important to be implemented in all companies, especially government agencies, so that effective communication will result in optimal and efficient performance. This study aims to determine how much influence interpersonal communication has on employee performance at the Attorney General's Office of Supervision. The sample used was 70 respondents. The approach used was quantitative and data collection used non-probability by distributing questionnaires to employees of the Attorney General's Office for Supervision. The sampling technique uses a type of convenience sampling. Data collection by means of Google Form with a measurement scale of 5 points. The analysis technique used is a simple linear assisted by IBM SPSS V.26 software to test the validity and reliability, F test, individual significant test (t test) and the coefficient of determination. The results of this study prove that interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Attorney General's Office in the area of ​​vigilance by 62.6%. However, it should be noted that these results can be considered from other factors that affect employee performance. This research can contribute to knowing the need for interpersonal communication in improving employee performance in agencies and organizations. So that it is expected to be used in improving interpersonal communication and achieving agency goals effectively.

Abstract

Media sosial sering digunakan sebagai referensi atau rujukan saat mencari destinasi wisata dan dijadikan media untuk mencari informasi pariwisata khususnya Instagram selain itu, sebuah tempat wisata terbentuk dari aktivitas masyarakat yang berbagi pengalaman melalui media sosial. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh konten media sosial terhadap minat berkunjung pada followers instagram @Kelilinglampung_ Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 responden. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuntitatif dan pengumpulan data menggunakan non probability dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada followers Instagram @Kelilinglampung_. Teknik sampling menggunakan jenis convenience sampling. Pengumpulan data dengan cara melalui Goggle Form dengan pengukuran skala likert 5 poin. Teknik Analisis yang digunakan adalah Linear sederhana dibantu oleh software IBM SPSS V.26 untuk menguji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji F, uji signifikan Individu (uji t) dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini memperoleh hasil Uji 21,118 > 2.057 artinya Ho ditolak H1 diterima. Kemudian hasil output persial yang didapati nilai constant sebesar 2,057 hasil persamaan regresi, nilai koefisien 0,920 dan nilai koefisen determinasi mendapatkan hasil 0,820 sehingga membuktikan bahwa konten media sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung pada followers Instagram @Kelilinglampung_ sebesar 82%.
