ABSTRAK Masa nifas (postpartum) berlangsung dari satu jam pertama hingga 6–8 minggu setelah persalinan, ditandai dengan involusi uterus dan pemulihan sistem hormonal. Ketidaksiapan ibu serta masalah dalam penyesuaian diri selama kehamilan dan persalinan dapat menghambat peran ibu, memicu kecemasan, hingga gangguan psikologis postpartum. Di Kabupaten Boyolali, dari Januari hingga November 2024, terdapat 18 kasus kematian ibu, termasuk 3 kasus di Kecamatan Nogosari akibat keterlambatan mengenali tanda bahaya masa nifas. Selain itu, cakupan ASI eksklusif di Nogosari mencapai 79,9%, namun masih belum optimal. Faktor penyebabnya meliputi rendahnya pengetahuan ibu dan keluarga tentang ASI, kurangnya layanan konseling laktasi, minimnya dukungan tenaga kesehatan, faktor sosial budaya, keterbatasan cuti bagi ibu bekerja, serta promosi susu formula yang masif. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu nifas tentang kebutuhan dasar masa nifas dan manajemen laktasi. Metode yang dilakukan dengan penyuluhan, diskusi interaktif dengan media poster. Hasil kegiatan penyuluhan menggunakan media poster dengan judul upaya peningkatan pengetahuan ibu nifas melalui edukasi kebutuhan dasar ibu nifas dan manajemen laktasi di Wilayah Kerja Puskemas Nogosari yang difokuskan di desa Kenteng, dikarenakan sasarannya adalah ibu nifas, dimana jumlah ibu nifas lebih banyak yaitu 8 ibu nifas di bulan Januari 2025. Kegiatan penyuluhan dengan fokus edukasi dilaksanakan pada hari Selasa, 21 Januari 2025 pukul 09.00 WIB. Jumlah ibu nifas yang hadir yaitu 5 ibu nifas. Bertempat di rumah ibu kader KIA. Terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan tentang kebutuhan dasar ibu nifas dan manajemen laktasi.
