Abstract

Nutritional problems in children under five are influenced by food intake and infectious diseases. Lack of vitamins that make children experience growth disorders, can cause growth disorders, and nutritional problems in toddlers are stunting. The stunting rate of children under five in Indonesia is still high and is a health problem that must be addressed. Efforts to prevent and control stunting are still being carried out, one of which is by increasing the knowledge of cadres about feeding practices to toddlers. Posyandu cadres are community members who are chosen from and by the community. The purpose of this PKM is to increase the knowledge of cadres skills about feeding practices to toddlers and the output targets to be achieved are published online media and journal articles. This community service method is health education about feeding toddlers and mentoring in practicing feeding toddlers. Participants in this community service are posyandu cadres as many as 12 people. The place for community service is at the Posyandu, Pal IX Village, Sungai Kakap District, Kubu Raya Regency. After providing health education and training in practicing how to feed toddlers, the posyandu cadres understand how to feed toddlers and the introduction of food textures at every age.

Abstract

Background: The Professional Nursing Care Model (PNCM) is a fundamental framework for organizing nursing delivery systems to enhance hospital operational efficiency and service quality. Despite its broad implementation in Indonesia, a comprehensive mapping of its evaluative outcomes and determining factors remains limited. This scoping review aims to systematically map scientific evidence regarding PNCM implementation, models, and determining factors within the Indonesian healthcare context. Methods: This review followed Arksey and O'Malley’s framework and PRISMA-ScR guidelines. A comprehensive literature search was conducted on PubMed, Scopus, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar for studies published between 2016 to 2025. Eligibility was determined using the PCC (Population, Concept, Context) framework, focusing on studies evaluating PNCM impact in Indonesia. Results: Ten studies met the inclusion criteria. Findings indicate that PNCM implementation in Indonesia is largely adaptive, dominated by Team and Modified Team-Primary models. Overall implementation quality is categorized as "moderate," characterized by inconsistent execution of core managerial activities, including pre-conferences, post-conferences, and nursing rounds. Implementation success is significantly driven by organizational factors (head nurse leadership and job design) and psychological factors (nurse motivation), whereas individual factors showed no significant influence. Conclusion: PNCM implementation in Indonesian hospitals is adaptive yet partial, hindered by gaps in core managerial components. Achieving optimal implementation requires robust managerial support and enhanced professional motivation. Management interventions should prioritize leadership capacity building and the cultivation of conducive work environments to ensure high-quality nursing care delivery.
