Abstract

Dari hasil penelitian maka dapat disimpulakn bahwa kinerja system suspensi mobil menggunakan pegas tekan adalah cukup baik, hal ini terlihat bahawa hasil depleksi real yang terjadi didapat 0,00154.mm sedang dipleksi pegas maximum adalah 39,5mmKata kunci :  Depleksi, pegas tekan , suspense mobil, mobil air engine, depleksi maximum pegas, depleksi real pegas ABSTRACT            Compressed springs are equipment / machine components that are very important in four-wheeled vehicles, failure in the design of the car suspension system will be very detrimental, especially in terms of passenger comfort, this article discusses the performance of car suspensions that use compressed springs, to get the results of the performance of the compressed springs, several steps are taken. the following, calculation of vehicle load, measurement of spring dimensions, calculation of real spring deflexion and calculation of maximum spring deflexion From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the performance of the car's suspension system using compressed springs is quite good, it can be seen that the real depletion that occurs is 0.00154.mm while the maximum spring diflexion is 39.5mmKeywords: Deflexion, compressed spring, car suspension, air engine car, maximum spring deflexion, real spring deflexion
