Abstract

Isnaintoro Baruwarso from Management, STIE Muhammadiyah Cilacap. This research is entiled “The effect of Organization Climate and Commitment on Employes Job Satisfaction at the Section Packhouse of the PT. Holcim Indonesia Tbk. Cilacap”.  The objectif research are fisrt to find and analyze the effect of organization climate and commitment on employees job satisfaction and than to find and anlyze the variabel that has the greatest effect on employees job satisfaction of the Section Packhouse at the PT. Holcim Indonesia Tbk. Cilacap.The proposed hypotheses of research are:Commitment have significant effect on employees job Satisfaction.Organization Climate have significant effect on employees job sastifaction.Commitment and organiation climate together have a significant effect on employees job sastifaction.Oganization climate variable have the greatest effect on employees job satisfaction.            Than organization commitment variable of the Section Packhouse at the PT. Holcim Indonesia Tbk Cilacap. The instrument of analysis in this  research are,  F –test , t – test and beta standarized coefisien test.            Based of the result of research and data analysis , it has got  computed –F 57,238 and F-table 3,354 and probabilytas (p) = 0,000 so computed –F is greater than F-table (57,238 > 3,354). Than of the result of t-test, it have got value of  t1 (3,234) and t2 ( 3,856), greater of the value of t – table (2,042) so the first hypotheses mentioned that organization climate and commitment variables have significant effect on employees job satisfaction is accepted. Next from the result of koeficien beta standarized test, is got value variable of organization climate (0,499) is greater than variable of commitment (0,419). Therefore the scond hypotheses mentioned that organization climate variable has greater effect on employees job satisfaction variable at the section Packhoue PT. Holcim Indonesia Tbk. Cilacap.            From the conclusions, the research implications are support from management have been significant effect on employees job satisfaction and management  has to increase motivator and implementasion of the job satisfaction for employees. Then management PT. Holcim Indonesia has to pay more attention and increase organization climate variable in order to get higher jo satisfaction from its employees. Keyword: commitment, organizational climate, job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study was conducted because of the differences in the results of previous research on the relationship between the customer satisfaction several research states that customer satisfaction negatively affect brand switching intention, whereas another study found results that a number of customers who express satisfaction still switch brands. This study is development from other research. Previous studies only examined a limited internal factors influence customers towards brand switching but that the study is also, analyzed the influence of competitors advertising effectiveness. Number of respondents 120 people. The purposive sampling method used in this research. Respondents who sought condition GSM Pre-paid card users in Cilacap at least 3 months, aged 17 to 60 years and often their change GSM prepaid card or use a different card brands. Analysis tools using Structural Equation Modelling.Hypothesis testing results as follows: Customer Satisfaction negative influence brand switching intention, switching costs has no effect on brand switching, switching costs no moderate the relationship between satisfaction and intention of brand switching, variety seeking behavior has no effect on brand switching intention, variety seeking behavior moderate the relation betwen satisfaction brand switching intentions, competitor advertising effectiveness has a positive influence on brand switching intention and variation seeking behavior moderate affect competitors' advertisements on brand switching intention.Keywords: Customer Satisfaction, Switching Costs, Variety Seeking Behavior, Competitive Ad Effectiveness, Brand Switching Intention.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of partial and simultaneous leadership style, organizational culture and work environment on employee performance. This research is included in explanatory research, namely to explain the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable and to test the hypotheses that have been formulated. The population in this study were all KSP Anugrah employees with a total of 340 from all areas and who were used as the sample were KSP Anugrah Area VI employees covering the area of Cilacap and its surroundings, amounting to 60 employees. To test partially the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable used the t test and the F test used to test the simultaneous effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of the research show that there is a partial effect of leadership style, organizational culture and work environment on employee performance. There is a simultaneous influence of leadership style, organizational culture and work environment on employee performance. Organizational culture is the variable that most influences employee performance.Keywords: Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, Work Environment and Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian yang bersifat eksplanantory, yaitu untuk menjelaskan pengaruh antara variabel-variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat dan untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah dirumuskan.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan KSP Anugrah yang total berjumlah 340 dari seluruh area dan yang digunakan sebagai sampelnya adalah karyawan KSP Anugrah Area VI yang meliputi daerah Cilacap dan sekitarnya yang berjumlah 60 karyawan. Untuk menguji secara parsial pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat digunakan uji t dan uji F digunakan untuk menguji pengaruh simultan variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat.Hasil penenelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh secara parsial gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan lingungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Terdapat pengaruh secara simultan gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Budaya organisasi merupakan variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.Kata Kunci : Gaya Kepemimpinan, Budaya organisasi, Linkungan kerja dan Kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the family environment, entrepreneurship education, innovation and personality on the interests of student entrepreneurship. This study also analyzed the effect of simultaneous family environment, entrepreneurship education, innovation and personality on the interests of student entrepreneurship. The technique used in this study is descriptive quantitative. This study uses primary survey data. Population of all STIE Muhammadiyah Cilacap students in the 2016/2017 academic year. The sample used was the students of STIE Muhammadiyah Cilacap who had taken entrepreneurship courses, a number of 100 students of S1 Management study programs and Accounting S1. Hypothesis testing is done by the SPSS program. To test the effect of partial using the t test and for testing the effect simultaneously using F test. Of the five hypotheses that have been compiled, the first hypothesis is rejected while the second, three, four and five hypotheses are accepted. The results of data processing show that the family environment does not affect student interest in entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship education, innovation and personality partially influence the interest of student entrepreneurship. There is a simultaneous influence of family environment, entrepreneurship education, innovation and personality towards the interests of student entrepreneurship.Keywords: family environment, entrepreneurship education, innovation, personality and interest in entrepreneurship Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh parsial lingkungan keluarga, pendidikan kewirausahaan, inovasi dan kepribadian terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa. Penelitian ini juga menganalisis pengaruh secara simultan lingkungan keluarga, pendidikan kewirausahaan, inovasi dan kepribadian terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa.Tehnik yang digunakan pada panelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer hasil survey. Populasi seluruh mahasiswa STIE Muhammadiyah Cilacap Tahun akademik 2016/2017. Sampel yang digunakan adalah mahasiswa STIE Muhammadiyah Cilacap yang sudah menempuh mata kuliah kewirausahaan, sejumlah 100 mahasiswa program studi S1 Manajemen dan S1 Akuntansi. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan program SPSS. Untuk menguji pengaruh parsial menggunakan uji t dan untuk pengujian pengaruh secara simultan menggunakan Uji F.Dari lima hipotesis yang telah disusun hipotesis satu ditolak sedangkan hipotesis dua, tiga, empat dan lima diterima. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan keluarga tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat mahasiswa berwirausaha. Pendidikan kewirausahaan, inovasi dan kepribadian secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap minatberwirausaha mahasiswa. Terdapat pengaruh secara simultan lingkungan keluarga, pendidikan kewirausahaan, inovasi dan kepribadian terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa.Kata Kunci :lingkungan keluarga, pendidikan kewirausahaan, inovasi, kepribadian dan minat berwirausaha
