Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui Promosi Penjualan Dan Kualitas Layanan dalam Mempengaruhi Minat Beli Serta Dampaknya Terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen RH-Mart. Penelitian akan dilakukan di RH-Mart berlokasi di Jl. Babakan Indah RT02 RW15 Des. Ciangsana, Kec. Gunung Putri Bogor, Jawa Barat. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 50 konsumen ditentukan dengan metode Simple Random Sampling. Data hasil kuesioner dianalisis dengan menggunakan software Smart PLS. Penelitian menghasilkan; 1) Promosi penjualan memiliki pengaruh secara positif terhadap minat beli; 2) Kualitas layanan memiliki pengaruh secara positif terhadap Minat Beli; 3) Minat beli memiliki pengaruh secara positif terhadap Loyalitas; 4) Promosi penjualan melalui minat beli tidak berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas; 5) Kualitas Layanan melalui Minat Beli berpengaruh secara positif terhadap Loyalitas. The purpose of the study was to determine Sales Promotion and Service Quality in Influencing Buying Interest and Its Impact on Consumer Loyalty. The research will be conducted at RH-Mart located on Jl. Babakan Indah RT02 RW15 Dec. Ciangsana, Gunung Putri District, Bogor. A study sample of 50 consumers was determined by the Simple Random Sampling method. The questionnaire result data was analyzed using Smart PLS software. The research data was analyzed using Smart PLS software. Research produces; 1) Sales Promotion has a positive influence on Buying Interest; 2) Service Quality has a positive influence on Buying Interest; 3) Buying Interest has a positive influence on Loyalty; 4) Sales promotion through buying Iinterest has no effect on Loyalty; 5) Quality of Service through Buying Interest has a positive and significant effect on Loyalty.
