Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai secara signifikan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai sebanyak 40 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh, dan teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik pengujian dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji f dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, sedangkan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai... The aim of this research is to determine the significant influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance. The sample in this research was 40 employees. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling, and the data collection technique in this research uses a questionnaire. The testing technique in this research is validity and reliability testing, while the data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression tests, t tests, f tests and coefficient of determination tests. The results of this research show that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while work discipline has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance.
