<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan disiplin, pelatihan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Enrekang . Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh pegawai Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan berjumlah 114 pegawai dengan jumlah sample 54. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dengan pengukuran skala likert. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 23.00. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan antara disiplin dan kinerja pegawai, terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan antara pelatihan dan kinerja pegawai, terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan antara motivasi kerja dan kinerja pegawai Kantor Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Enrekang. This study aims to determine the effect partially and simultaneously discipline, training and job motivation on the performance of the employees of the Office of Industry and Commerce Kabupaten Enrekang. The population used was all 114 employees of the Office of Industry and Commerce with a total sample size of 54. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a Likert scale measurement. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 23.00. The results show that there is a significant positive effect between discipline and employee performance, there is a significant positive effect between training and work motivation there is a significant positive apes and the performance of employees of the Office of Industry and Commerce Kabupaten Enrekang.]]>
