Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Kompetensi Sumber Daya berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Karyawan Pada BNI Kantor Cabang Utama Mattoangin. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner.  Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode sampel jenuh, sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 40 responden dari 40 populasi. Hasil kuesioner tersebut telah diuji validitas dan realibilitasnya, juga telah diuji asumsi klasik berupa asumsi normalitas, asumsi heteroskedisitas, asumsi Multikolinearitas. Metode analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis diterima karena menunjukkan hasil uji hipotesis positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Berarti Kompetensi  Sumber  Daya  Manusia memberikan kontribusi yang nyata terhadap kinerja pegawai. This study aims to determine whether Resource Competence affects employee performance at BNI Mattoangin Main Branch Office.  Data collection uses primary data obtained from questionnaires. Sampling used the saturated sample method, so that the sample in this study was 40 respondents from 40 populations. The results of the questionnaire have been tested for validity and reliability, and classical assumptions have been tested in the form of normality assumptions, heteroscedasticity assumptions, and multicollinearity assumptions.  Methods of data analysis using simple regression analysis techniques. The results showed that the hypothesis was accepted because it showed positive and significant results of hypothesis testing on employee performance. Means that Human Resource Competence makes a real contribution to employee performance.
