Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji danĀ  menganalisis pengaruh Proses Rekrutmen, Pengalaman kerja dan Kompensasi terhadap kinerja Karyawan pada PT.Unggul Widya Teknologi Lestari. Penelitian ini menggunakan tehknik pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan kuesioner yang disebar kepada 50 responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses rekrutmen, pengalaman kerja dan kompensasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Unggul Widya Teknologi Lestari. Dengan demikian faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan menunjukkan hasil dengan nilai koefisien determinasi 2% dapat disimpulkan dari variable bebas dan terikat (Proses Rekrutmen, Pengalaman Kerja dan Kompensasi) bersama-sama memiliki hubungan. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of the Recruitment Process, Work Experience, and Compensation on Employee Performance at PT. Unggul Widya Teknologi Lestari. This study uses a quantitative approach to the survey method. Data were obtained through observation, documentation, and questionnaires which were distributed to 50 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the recruitment process, work experience, and compensation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Unggul Widya Teknologi Lestari. Thus the factors that influence employee performance show results with a coefficient of determination of 2% can be inferred from the independent and bound variables (Recruitment Process, Work Experience, and Compensation) together have a relationship.
