Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the methods that can be used to implement a child-friendly school program to fulfill children's rights at SDN 1 Panggang Jepara and determine the factors that support and oppose the implementation of SRA. The results of previous observations recorded 1,229 cases of violence against children in 2021, while in Jepara Regency there were 31 cases of violence in the same year. The government is trying to address this problem by procuring a child-friendly school program. Descriptive qualitative methods were used in this study. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. After that, it was analyzed through reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The results of the study showed that SRA implemented at SDN 1 Panggang has been running well by meeting 6 indicators, namely: School policies, Curriculum implementation, Educators and education personnel who are trained in children's rights, Facilities and infrastructure, Children's participation, Parent/guardian participation, Community institutions, the business world, stakeholders, and alumni. Based on the research, the SRA program is good with the formation of anti-violence policies, enjoyable education, adequate resources and equipment, active child participation, trained human resources for children's rights, good participation of parents/guardians. Supporting factors in the implementation of SRA in this school are professional educator human resources, adequate facilities and infrastructure, and honing children's talents well. However, the inhibiting components of the SRA program in this school are operational costs for activities and the small number of toilets and the noisy school environment because it is close to the highway making children uncomfortable and there is no support from community institutions, businesses, and alumni. The conclusion is that the implementation has been going well and in accordance with national standards but there are still some shortcomings in fulfilling children's rights. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan metode yang dapat digunakan untuk menerapkan program sekolah yang ramah anak untuk memenuhi hak anak di SDN 1 Panggang Jepara serta menentukan faktor yang mendukung dan menentang pelaksanaan SRA. Hasil observasi sebelumnya tercatat 1.229 kekerasan terhadap anak di tahun 2021, sedangkan di Kabupaten Jepara terdapat 31 kasus kekerasan pada tahun yang sama. Pemerintah berupaya menangani masalah ini dengan pengadaan progam sekolah ramah anak. Metode kualitatif deskriptif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Setelahnya, dianalisis melalui reduksi, penyajian, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SRA diterapkan di SDN 1 Panggang sudah berlajan baik dengan memenuhi 6 indikator yaitu sebagai berikut: Kebijakan sekolah, Pelaksanaan kurikulum, Pendidik dan Tenaga kependidikan yang terlatih hak anak, Sarana dan Prasarana, Partisipasi anak, Partisipasi orangtua/wali, Lembaga Masyarakat, dunia usaha, pemangku kepentingan, dan alumni. Berdasarkan penelitian progam SRA sudah baik dengan adanya pembentukan kebijakan yang anti kekerasan, pendidikan yang menyenangkan, sumber daya dan perlengkapan yang memadai, partisipasi anak aktif, SDM terlatih hak anak, partisipasi orangtua/wali yang baik. Faktor pendukung dalam implementasi SRA di sekolah ini yaitu SDM pendidik profesional, sarana dan prasarana memadai, serta mengasah bakat anak dengan baik. Namun, komponen penghambat dari progam SRA disekolah ini yaitu biaya operasional untuk kegiatan dan jumlah toilet sedikit serta lingkungan sekolah yang bising karena dekat jalan raya membuat anak kurang nyaman serta tidak ada dukungan dari lembaga masyarakat, bisnis, dan alumni. Kesimpulannya yaitu Implementasi sudah berjalan baik dan sesuai standar nasional namun masih ada beberapa kekurangan dalam pemenuhan hak anak.
