Abstract

Interest and awareness to use the park is still underutilized by the people in Bekasi City asa public space, especially the Patriot Bina Bangsa Bekasi City Forest as the largest park in thecity of Bekasi. Is it due to the lack of garden comfort, due to unfavorable conditions or caused byother factors. Therefore, the author examines whether the interest and awareness of the people ofBekasi City to visit the park is caused by a lack of comfort. It is necessary to research theperception of park visitors on the convenience of facilities in the Patriot Bina Bangsa Bekasi CityForest. The expected results from the visitor's perception can answer whether the park facilitiesin the Patriot Bina Bangsa Bekasi City Forest are comfortable to visit as public spaces.

Abstract

We can interpret the gym as a place or location to carry out exercise and sports activities, suchas gymnastics, athletics and cardio services. It functions as a place for people to exercise andshape their bodies amidst their daily activities. This study aims to analyze the basic elements ofinterior design at Ftl Gym Bekasi. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptivemethod with stages of analysis based on the basic elements of interior design. This study has theconclusion that the interior design of East Bekasi Ftl Gym is in accordance with existingtheories.

Abstract

n Interior, besides building design, layout and furniture used, color is one of the main aspects. Coloris the basic element of a design that is most expressive and has a meaning and psychological effect given byeach color. Some color patterns have planning and design influences that can accentuate the surface andtextural characteristics of buildings. giving color to the interior of the library space can provide thecharacteristics of the existing space in the library. This study aims to find out how important color is for theinterior of the library space, as well as to find out the appropriate color criteria for the interior space in thelibrary. in this study the method used describes and examines all data and other information from directand indirect observation. This analysis uses qualitative methods by collecting data and then analyzing itand comparing the results with information obtained from the literature. It is hoped that this research willprovide input regarding the appropriate colors in an interior space, especially the library room, and obtaininformation on the psychological effects of existing colors

Abstract

This research focuses at the shape space and colors on a educational building for the disabled. This researchexplains about space for educational purposes, the layout of the building and the suitable and interesting facility,along with how colours affects the learning and teaching process of kids with special needs. This research aims tocreate space that can support the quality, character, effectiveness and efficiency towards the building users whichwould consist of mostly the disabled, and how choosing the correct color scheme could make a more positive andinspiring environment.

Abstract

This study examines the characteristics of Art Deco in the works of Frans Johan, focusing on design analysis and cultural significance. Art Deco, known for its elegance, luxury, and modernity, influenced various artistic fields, including architecture, interior design, and visual arts during the early 20th century. Frans Johan, as one of the prominent figures in this style, integrated geometric patterns, bold colors, and ornamental details that reflect the spirit of the era. This research utilizes a qualitative approach, analyzing selected artworks through visual observation and literature review. The findings reveal the unique application of Art Deco elements in Johan's works, highlighting his contribution to the evolution of modern design. Furthermore, the study explores the cultural significance of his creations, revealing how they reflect social dynamics and aesthetic values of the time. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of Art Deco's impact on artistic development and cultural identity.

Abstract

Dalam Interior, selain desain bangunan, tata letak dan furniture yang digunakan, warna merupakan salah satu aspek utama. Warna merupakan elemen dasar dari sebuah desain yang paling ekspresif dan memiliki arti serta efek psikologis yang diberikan oleh setiap warna. Beberapa pola warna memiliki pengaruh perencanaan serta perancangan yang dapat menonjolkan karakteristik permukaan dan tekstur pada bangunan. pemberian warna pada interior ruang perpustakaan dapat memberikan karakteristik ruang yang ada pada perpustakaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa pentingnya warna untuk interior ruang perpustakaan, serta untuk mengetahui kriteria warna yang sesuai untuk interior ruang yang ada di perpustakaan. pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan menguraikan dan mengkaji semua data dan informasi lain dari observasi langsung maupun tidak langsung. analisis ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data lalu menganalisisnya dan membandingkan hasil tersebut dengan informasi yang didapat dari literatur. diharapkan penelitian ini memberikan masukan mengenai warna yang sesuai pada suatu interior ruang terutama ruang perpustakaan, dan mendapat informasi terhadap efek psikologis dari warna yang ada.

Abstract

Transportation is a basic human need in living life on earth as a social being, so that its development will be influenced by developments in science and technology. And mileage and transport capacity are problems that have always been a concern of humans in the development of transportation technology, including land transportation technology. The history of urban transportation modes in the colonial era only by land and sea, in this case the researcher wants to try to examine more deeply the architectural style of the BEOS Station building, which is one of the buildings of the Old Station in Jakarta which is still in operation today. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the quality of lighting that is appropriate for comfort and in accordance with lighting standards. The population of this study is a showroom in the Contemporary Art Gallery Taman Mini Indonesia Indah with a sample of 4 (four) observation points, namely the showroom on the 2nd floor of the Contemporary Art Gallery Taman Mini Indonesia Indah. The method used in this study is descriptive-quantitative method. The results of the study show that the Contemporary Art Gallery Taman Mini Indonesia Indah fully uses artificial lighting without involving natural light. The type of artificial lighting used varies which is placed according to the position and characteristics of the exhibition objects in each room. Some measurement points such as point 1 and point 3 exceed the standards set for the showroom, in addition to observations of the condition of the collection items at various points are also still not in accordance with the standards.

Abstract

Kawasan Kelurahan Panggung, Kota Tegal merupakan kawasan pesisir bersejarah yang berkembang seiring aktivitas pelabuhan, perikanan, perdagangan, dan permukiman. Perkembangan kawasan yang cukup pesat tersebut belum sepenuhnya diimbangi dengan penguatan citra kota yang mampu merepresentasikan identitas visual kawasan. Citra kota berperan penting dalam membentuk persepsi masyarakat terhadap lingkungan serta mempengaruhi orientasi, pengalaman ruang, dan identitas suatu kawasan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji citra kota Kawasan Kelurahan Panggung berdasarkan pendekatan lima elemen citra kota menurut teori Kevin Lynch, yaitu jalur (paths), batas (edges), kawasan (districts), simpul (nodes), dan penanda visual (landmarks). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik observasi lapangan, dokumentasi visual, pemetaan elemen citra kota, serta wawancara singkat dengan masyarakat setempat. Analisis dilakukan dengan mengelompokkan temuan lapangan ke dalam lima elemen citra kota Kevin Lynch untuk memahami struktur spasial dan persepsi visual kawasan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa elemen jalur dan simpul aktivitas merupakan elemen yang paling dominan dalam membentuk persepsi kawasan, sementara elemen batas dan penanda visual masih memerlukan penguatan agar citra kawasan lebih terbaca dan konsisten. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar konseptual dalam upaya penataan kawasan berbasis penguatan citra kota guna mendukung identitas Kelurahan Panggung sebagai bagian penting dari Kota Tegal

Abstract

Kampung Tegalsari merupakan kawasan permukiman lama di pusat Kota Tegal yang berkembang secara organik dan memiliki peran penting sebagai pusat aktivitas lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis karakteristik morfologi Kampung Tegalsari serta perannya dalam struktur Kota Tegal dengan pendekatan morfologi perkotaan dan Central Place Theory. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan analisis spasial berbasis data sekunder, citra satelit, dan data statistik periode 2013–2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kampung Tegalsari memiliki jaringan jalan organik, kepadatan bangunan tinggi, serta pola penggunaan lahan campuran yang mendukung aktivitas perdagangan dan jasa skala mikro. Secara fungsional, kawasan ini berperan sebagai lower-order center yang melayani kebutuhan harian masyarakat lokal dan kawasan sekitarnya. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya kampung kota sebagai elemen strategis dalam perencanaan kota berkelanjutan.
