Abstract

The Right to Education must also be obtained for all children including childrenwith special needs. Education is implemented based on the ethics of teacher- student interaction that has an impact on the understanding and ethical values of students with special needs who are deaf. This study aims to review and describe teacher strategies and ethics of interaction that are actualized through sign language for deaf students. This study uses a qualitative research method with a casestudyatSDLBBYPTBMalang.Datawerecollectedthroughobservationand interviews and using triangulation techniques. The findings reveal that there are ethical values of interaction from teachers that have an impact on deaf students, namely patience, patience, empathy, and cooperation. The study concludes that the ethics of teacher-student interaction through the actualization of sign language in Islamic Religious Education learning for deaf students has a good impact. The implications include parental involvement in the learning process
