Indonesia has a lot of valuable cultural heritage for history, science, education, religion and culture. One of Indonesia's historical heritage or cultural heritage in Purbalingga is the Raden Sayyid Kuning Mosque. In traditional mosque architecture, ethnomathematics plays an important role in revealing how mathematics, culture and local wisdom relate to each other. Ethnomathematics is a study that examines the relationship between culture and mathematics in community practice. The Raden Sayyid Kuning Mosque is a cultural heritage that not only functions as a place of worship, they also demonstrate the philosophy of life, aesthetic values, and construction technology derived from the mathematical knowledge of the local community. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data was collected through interviews, field observations and visual documentation. The research results show that various geometric shapes and patterns, including symmetry and reflection patterns in the architectural design of the mosque, reflect the traditional mathematical understanding of the local community. This research aims to explore ethnomathematics elements in the design and architecture of the Raden Sayyid Kuning Mosque in Onje Village, Purbalingga. Not only does this research increase our understanding of local culture and riches, but it also shows how mathematics was used wisely to build religious buildings in Indonesia. It is hoped that this research will serve as a reference for building a mathematics curriculum that is contextual and culture-based in the local environment..
